No air conditioning OR fan! Went to bed to the sound of very LOUD, live disco music from the pool area. I complained repeatedly but ended up having to use ear plugs, hold the pillow over my ear, and eventually take a sleeping pill. In the morning, unbelievably, I woke to loud construction noise as they were erecting scaffolding for renovations right across the hall from my bedroom door. Then they let it be known that they had fumigation of the entire hotel (including the beds) at 10AM. I made sure to get out of there before that.

The stay was great most the room attendant isundu was timely and considerate, also the meals was nice, in additional the conference and meeting rooms were managed accordingly, other amenities and access are withing walking distance from the Hotel.

The staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. The environment is conducive for all types of visitors. If you want to do your work without any distractions, Golf Hotel will provide you with the space. If you want a place to relax and enjoy music without disturbing others, you will get it here. And ofcourse, all types of drinks and food to keep you going. The receptionist Nereah does a good work. She gives GH the required image. Ofcourse I must also congratulate the new Director. She has changed the image of Golf Hotel within a very short time. We wish they had brought you here long time ago! Keep it up!

Very comfy hotel. Gerlinerea made my stay comfortable. I liked the weather, the people, the traditional bull fight, the ample parking, entertainment, drinks mostly the cocktails, affordability and the staff are very respectable and prompt. This is a place to be any time

The kakamega golf Hotel provided a wonderful comfortabl accommodations. The deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a plush quen-size bed, a balcony with breathtaking sunset views, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive , l would like to give thanks for the chef and CAMMYLINE and GERLINE they're such a lovely lady and friendly they really served as well,and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. While the hotel’s location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, the food at golf Hotel is good.And there service are really amazing. And l really appreciate so much. Overall, I highly recommend the kakamega golf hotel for friends ,families or anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat. comfortable rooms, and exceptional service make it a top choice for a memorable stay. Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent Birthday Party My wife was celebrating her 35th Birthday & made a last minute decision to throw a mini party for her at the Hotel. Am glad i met the marketing manager Markson. Thank you Golf for making the day memorable. The singing of the chefs was amzing and the menu option from the marketing team. Indeed Golf you are the best. Only improvement on your birthday package should be the cakes but otherwise you have made me a complete loyal guest for any other event.

I came to your facility for training that had been sponsored by Amref Kenya. The halls are ok with cool furniture and quete for learning purposes. On the meals you need to improve on how you prepare your chicken Fruits should not be served when they are extremely cold. However you ain't doing bad. Thanks for the services

Impresive layout of the terrace restaurant area . Quick service from Collins . The room was really cozy . Very tasty pork ribs and the portion was generous. Thanks to the chef i learnt is known as Catherine ................................
