Hotel was adequate & clean for a single night stay. The had an odd smell and we could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the building.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful! Room was very nice, clean, and completely met our budget and needs. Will definitely stay there again when in the area

Our room was not part of the main hotel but in annex building. The extended stay clientele followed us around the property to our room making our family feeling unsafe and uneasy. Upon entering the building, the smell of smoke was intense despite no smoking signs around. The room itself was filthy and multiple towels had been clearly used (or not properly cleaned with hair present). The beds were visibility sagging and thin mattresses which provided no support! Dogs were on property and barking throughout the building. This hotel was awful! Within moments of entering we contacted management and ******* to get out of this reservation. Our entire family, including our child, were not comfortable staying here.

Smelled spray paint when we woke up but for the most part everyone was quiet during quiet hours , no signs of pests. Stove, oven, microwave and fridge all worked ! Front desk very nice. Make sure to bring your own cookware plates cups, bowls , and silverware. Very pet friendly

Friendly staff. Room was immaculately clean: plank floors instead of carpet! Beautiful bathroom with counter space almost wall to wall. Lighted mirror around all four sides: nicer to apply makeup in the morning. Beautiful property!

Having a full kitchen available was nice, but there were no dishes to make the kitchen usable

We just returned home after a long weekend in Louisville over the last weekend in March/ first weekend in April. We had stayed here in the past and I thought it was kind of run down and had thought based on reviews that this location had been updated. That was not our opinion in this case. We came down with five people and booked two full-size beds with pull out sofa suites. Upon entry everything looked clean enough although outdated, the bathroom had hair and dust all over it. The sink and showers had such a slow drain that there was standing water for a few minutes. Every time someone finished showering or washing their hands. Upon a weekend. The first morning we had found two bed bugs on the pillow, we could not find any other evidence of bugs and they did have the mattress protectors to prevent it. However, we still saw the live bugs. We did go to a near depar**ent store and purchase an aerosol spray for the rest of our stay. Although we did not see anything else for the rest of our stay, it was still a concern. Hotel staff was nice enough and decent, but unless you're really on a budget I would advise staying somewhere else. I should also add that the parking lot is extremely tight and it is generally extremely full, half of the parking lot was blocked off through most of our stay for construction and we ended up parking on the grass as there isn't anywhere else near to park. Unless we see some major renovations and updates before next year, we are definitely not staying in this facility again.
