WOW!!! Such a nice clean, calm, quiet, and peaceful clean environment! Especially at night. I felt like I was on a island of its own. Even walking to my car at night felt peaceful and serene… I’m definitely staying another night!

I liked the location of this hotel, right off a main highway so it was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. I couldn’t connect to the internet and had to call their 800 number, but they fixed the issue. My only complaints were that: the walls were thin, including the ceiling wall, you could hear every footstep; the bathroom lights were super bright but the rest of the room lights were super dim so morning grooming was tricky; and the shower floor was pretty slanted and the drain was very… unusual. But it was very affordable so all in all I’d recommend this place

The people at the front desk were so kind. Everything at the facility was so clean. My kids loved the swimming pool so much. The parking is very close to the elevator and room. The food was very good and they have nice tables to sit .

To start off, the one way road to get there is a pain in a half, not to mention trying to pull out and can't hardly see if cars are coming because the view is blocked by trees. My wife and I checked in and first thing we wanted to do was go to the jacuzzi. We go in our room first and go in the bathroom and there was a used hand towel above the shower head and the whole "updated" shower stall was full of mold in all the crevices and there was a little puddle of water on the floor. We went to the pool area and come to find out the jacuzzi was filled up with cement and there was no longer a jacuzzi. I hop in the water and its freezing cold and was in there for 5 minutes and couldn't stop shivering. My wife looks around and points out all the black mold on the ceiling and walls. The only fresh air is the little door they have open and the 15 windows are just for look and don't open so it smelt so chemically in there that our pool session only lasted 5 minutes. There was so much dust on the blades of the ceiling fan and the bulb didn't work for that. One of the towels had a dark stain that looked like poop or something and there were stains on the pillow cases and blankets. IF THEY HAVE STAINS, THROW THEM AWAY IF YOU CAN'T GET THEM OUT! I have pictures and I've tried to upload them but nothing happens when I hit submit. I've tried changing format from PNG to JPEG and doesn't seem to work.

The location was excellent for our purposes, about three minutes from the doctor my husband was seeing. Our room was missing a couple of light bulbs, one in the bath and one between the beds, but the front desk clerk said they were going to be updating all the rooms with new fixtures, furniture, etc, so for right now they were just making sure there was at least one light on in each spot. The bed was very comfortable, the tv was large. The breakfast, in a large area, had yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bananas and apples, muffins, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls, along with juice, milk, and coffee. The lady in charge of breakfast kept all the selections replenished. There is an indoor pool, but we did not go to it so I cannot comment on it. We will definitely stay there again if we need to be in that location.

Me and my girlfriend have stayed at this hotel 4 times due to convenience but the last time was the last time we will stay there. The room was Filthy. Found fruit loops and toe nail clippings between the mattress and bed frame

It's close to the Galleria Mall which was a nice place to get out and shop. It's also right on the 635 loop so easy to get onto the highway in any direction you need. The only complaint was the beds weren't great. But that's most hotels. Otherwise the staff and facilities were excellent. We will be using this location for any future Dallas trips.

This was a mother and daughters trip and we stayed here. this hotel was clean, comfortable and staff at the front were nice.

There was no heat in our room.. changed to another room, still no heat. Staff was not helpful on this matter...
