NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

We are visiting from California and came to Giardino for dinner on June 21st. We visited this restaurant last year and it is our son’s favorite Italian restaurant so we had to come back. We ate Arancini, Burata, pepperoni pizza, and Rigatoni bolognese. The food was outstanding, very similar to what one would eat in Italy. The service was excellent, the restaurant team was very warm and customer oriented. We will definitely be back when we visit Jaipur next.

Excellent hospitality by team of Jai Mahal Palace. My stay at [Jai Mahal Palace] was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff Mr Shiv mathur and Mr Vinayak gave us royal feeling with details information also catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service. Catering services was also more than expectations Mr Aslam and Shivani was on the top for service at right time. Taking back best memories for life time....thank you Team...

Excellent Hospitality by Taj Jai Mahal palace and we thoroughly enjoyed the Royal service and felt like the Prince for 3days and special thanks to Mr shiv Mathur for pampering service throughout our stay and excellent service at marble arch cafe by Mr Aslam and ms Shivani. Our family was overwhelmed by the Royal service n definitely like to visit next time.

My stay at Jai Mahal Palace was nothing short of a royal treat. Room was beautiful and smelling great. Room service was always a call away. Food is top notch. Breakfast was excellent. Aslam server us well and even made a lunch parcel for me, as I was traveling via car. Staff is very welcoming, gardens and public areas are well maintained and neat.

Tremendous team of the ahai Mahal palace where everyone is so courteous and helpful and always move with a big smile on their face. Ready to welcome you and support you for all requirements. A great gesture done by chef for my kids and overall I had the best of the experience I could have imagined

I am a Life Coach & I Travel a Lot. Almost every month but I have never seen such amazing Hospitality in my Life which I experienced in Taj - Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur. Food was also amazing, One of the Head Chef - Bhavesh talked to us Personally and asked her what we like & he made some special things for us to have in Breakfast. Aslam served us so well at Breakfast Time.. Me & my Wife felt for the 1st Time Like - We were treated like King & Queen. This was such an Amazing Experience. At the time of leaving Abhimanyu, gave us a Photo Frame of Me & My Wife with Elephant's Ivory which was beautifully Carved. We will always remember this trip as it made us feel Special in many ways. Thank you for Such an Amazing Experience , Love, Mohit Tahiliani
