Just ok hotel Good location Rooms are very small and not convenient Hardly feel like chain hotel Breakfast has good options

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The property is meant to host wedding functions primarily. Everything went smoothly.

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more manpower in live kitchen.

Clean hotel

Located on Amer road just 500 meters away from Taj ,next to Leela. It is surrounded by the Aravalli hill views and this is the perfectly placed hotel . Their pool is on the terrace with a bar which again is a plus. Clean neat and tidy kept place. Staff is always smiling and ready to help. The food is good, Fresh and decently priced aswell. Their staff is extremely courteous from the front desk to room service, I was always taken well care off. Shraddha, Anshuman, tarun ,avishekh all of them were very helpful during my stay. Their buffet spreads from breakfast or dinner are fuelled with variety and colors ,must go for it. Definitely a must visit with family or if you are out for a business trip.

An amazing experience at Double Tree by Hilton Amer except for 2 minor instances. We were warmly welcomed by front office executive Mrunmayi with warm cookies and our keys, the room was well appointed and clean. We had a wonderful dinner experience on our first night in this hotel, the F&B team particularly Nimesh and Pravat who took good care of me and my family, we ordered ala carte and the experience was wonderful. Next day morning we were again greeted warmly in The Amber Kitchen by Rohit Khatri, Nimesh and Pravat, we enjoyed our breakfast thoroughly. On day 2 we were very late but hungry to come to restaurant however we expected that since other table orders were still taken by staff we too would be able to do so, however we were told that restaurant is closed Kavita though tried to check with her colleague Rohit the bar executive if they can still serve us some food, however he blatantly denied it to us , this was unexpected from a Hilton brand particularly when we were with a kid and were exhausted, tired and hungry. Kavita however offered to serve in restaurant but only from room dining g menu, which was still ok and we didn't have to sleep with empty stomach. Some Customer Sensitivity trainings highly recommended here for this incident. Next day was another wonderful experience and everything went well this time. On day of check out we realized some kind of cartel going on with cab guys, when trying to book cabs thru popular apps we were getting all the options of 5 minutes away but every time we try to book the driver asked us to call on his cell when I called he asked for 1000 for a simple drop to city which on app was shown as 380 bucks, Hotel charges were good but fixed for 4hrs package, my suggestion is to charge something in between to passengers who just need drop or provide shuttle service for a fixed but nominal cost , this will make the hotel popular in kukas amongst customers like us who didn't come with own cars. Overall a great experience and will surely visit again.

The stay was pleasant although my room smelt a little of damp. Hotel food is little expensive compared to other hotels we had stayed in of same standard (from al la carte menu) but quality was very good. Breakfast was lovely. Stay was pleasant overall and hotel very clean. Pool is lovely and it's about 15mins drive from Pink City area.

I checked into this place ***** with my friends, i was on a vacation. the location was prime and gave an excellent view of the surrounded greenery. the food was flawless, the rooms were spacious, luxurious and clean. the staff was also efficient and prompt. Thank you so much Double tree by hilton jaipur for the wonderful service and this was life time memories and we will definitely come back again special thanks to front office team Rajan, Pankaj & shradha who is always ready to help and take care of us during the entire stay..♥️

Our stay here in doubletree is really awesome. Specially Kapil , Puneet & chef Kishor ji are very down to earth and go extra mile to complete even smallest request we do. The stay is very comfortable and the food and ambience is really commendable. I recommend everyone if we visit Jaipur, must stay here in Doubletree by Hilton….

I have booked a stay for my loved sister, as she did check in on 28th of august for 3 night which she stayed in this hotel. As a brother i wanted to woow with note and express my love and affection to her , as i reached hilton double tree Jaipur hotel from kuwait and spoke with one of the outstanding kind hearted soul her name was Ms. meghana, when i had a conversation with meghana and informed her regarding to surprise my sister with some special note. She was so joyfull to do that surprise to my sister with overwhelming joy. I have requested this needfull surprise before month ago, but she get back to me on the same day before my sister arrival with a picture of the room and message in the note and amenity in the room. As i received a call from my sister immediately , as she was touched with the note and she cried for the love and affection showed which her new born baby picture and the arrangement and a best view room which was done by one and only person Ms meghana. (She is a great asset to the place with commitment towards the guest) I just wanna express my gratitude and respect for the management , because you have proved what is customer service and what make you guys special hotel in jaipur, it was above and beyond my expectations . Stay was very comfortable and food was also very nice. Service from staff Kapil and puneet was very nice they are very humble in nature. We will for sure going to visit soon and will ask other friends to visit for sure. Happy with the hospitality and food was really nice.

This is amazing property. Very courteous staff, specially FOM Ms. Meghna pandey was very prompt and professional. She personally look after my stay as I came ***** with my parents. The food was awesome in taste!!!! And the breakfast was delicious. The pool is fantastic and aravali view of my both room was mind blowing and hotel facilities were awesome. My entire family liked the stay because of staff behaviour and quick service. Best place for family vacation.
