Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

住過的最差，進大廳，房間，一股強烈異味。設施老舊，破。人皆冷漠。前台説我沒付款，讓他給行程確認單照了像，還説沒看見付款。我把paid 放大。才讓入住。第二天check out . 還是説沒付款，扯了半天。衹求趕緊逃離，

stay to this hotel while traveling to Udaipur . Hotel is Newley build and near to railway station . Our room was good and we enjoyed the food in restro and in breakfast . The good part is the staff was very nice specially mr Akash bairwa and Devraj bairwa who meet to every guest and also meet us and very help full person . Our bathroom was nice and clean . Few dishes we like , palak corn masala and butter cheese malai at this hotel very much and new to our pallet . Few things we don't like and suggest to hotel to improve is tea , and breakfast quality . Fresh juice in breakfast was good . Thank you again

Mainly CHEF NARENDER AND CHEF SANJAY WHO ATTENDED US WITH A ROYAL WELCOME AND PROVIDE ALL VARITEY OF FOODS. FOODS WAS DELICIOUS. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 ALLEverything is very nice room are neat and clean. SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND VERY FAST . EVERYHING I GOT ON TABLE WITH A MINUTE

Devraj was too good in housekeeping. Devraj have good experience in housekeeping. Ramada was too good in hospitality.staff was too cooperative.all services was good . Pool was too good as it was on terrace.i m happy with the services.happy
