Great location. My room was very clean and spacious. I really loved the decoration of the room as well.

Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. The location, although it appears on google maps to be a little outside of the city centre, is actually very convenient. There are several bus lines that will get you to the city centre (which for me, means the DuSable bridge) in less than 10 minutes. A couple of things to note. To access the free WiFi you need to have a Bonvoy account (free to create) Regarding the breakfast, Trip.com seems to display inverted information. It was available Monday to Friday in the 1600 Club (lower floor of the hotel) but IS NOT available on a weekend.

They told me they are going to return our money back because they could not provide with room and send us to another hotel. They told they will pay for the stay they had to return our money back but I did not receive back

Hotel itself was gorgeous and in a great location. Service was not what I was used to from Marriott brand hotels.

위치도 위에 강 있는 곳보다 아래이긴 하지만 근처에 괜찮은 재즈바가 있어서 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋아서 추천합니다.

Staff are awesome at this property. Rooms are clean and quiet even though we were facing busy Michigan Ave. would stay again

Cool art and architecture and an excellent, friendly staff. Rooms are decently sized and clean, Location is perfect for doing museums, parks, etc. I loved my stay here and will be back!

I love this place! The biggest plus is the lobby. It smells so good! I was looking around to identify the scent.

Fantastic location and paying extra for a lake view room was worth it. Beautiful view from 11th floor. Beautiful interior decor. On the whole, the staff were excellent, charming and helpful. One or two reception staff were less than helpful, especially when we needed a taxi to the airport on check out. In all though I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing short stay. Front desk gave me a higher floor when requested, validated my parking, and was able to answer questions about the area. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay! Room was spacious with large bathroom. Great location. Valet was not in service. But parking lot was adjacent ( it was raining). Front desk was terse and not very welcoming/friendly. Doorman David was very friendly and gave good instructions. No assistance with baggage was provided; stairs are present at the front. Apparently rain ponchos are not a thing in Chicago

Beautiful old hotel, very convenient for us as it was close to Orchestra Hall and the restaurant where our son works. Very large room, super comfortable bed. Excellent bargain for the price. Not as hideously spartan as most hotels have become. Never a wait for an elevator. We'd definitely stay here again.
