Although the hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, nothing was satisfying in this hotel. The renovation of the outdated amenities, the variety of the food for breakfast, the quality of the water in the swimming pool, etc, which are some features to welcome the guests are not arranged properly. The rooms smell unpleasant with outdated facilities. There was spoiled fruit in the breakfast, in addition to the very few items to choose from. The swimming pool was full of the Colorine substance which even after showering its smell could be felt. The number of elevators was limited which caused inconvenience during breakfast time. And many other issues that were really disappointing.

Our family of eight recently stayed at the Elite World Comfy Istanbul Taksim Hotel. During our swimming in the hotel's swimming pool, several of us experienced irritated eyes and sore throats afterward. We suspect this was due to poor water quality and excessive chlorine levels, as my wife's expensive swimsuit also discolored after swimming. The hotel's pool manager declined to accept responsibility, stating that the issue was with our swimsuits rather than the pool water. Additionally, upon our arrival, we encountered several issues with our initial room assignments, including broken toilet flushes, bidets, and cigarette odors despite our request for non-smoking rooms. The breakfast buffet offered average quality food, and the hotel's elevators were frequently busy or malfunctioning. I should mention that the staff were helpful and polite but overall, the hotel appears outdated and in need of renovation to meet the standards of a four-star establishment. Based on my experience with numerous five-star and four-star hotels, I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

It is a very good hotel in taksim with kindly staff. I perefer this hotel to whos will visit istanbull. The rooms is very clean with city view. The pool is very good.this hotel have gym. Breakfast is very good. We will reserve this hotel every time we come to istanbull.

Wonderful accommodations and a great location. Room was spacious and very nice. The Management very helpful and friendly, particularly Volkan was extremely helpful and pleasant. He could not have been more accommodating or helpful getting a van for the airport or giving directions, or just being friendly.

We were family of 2 on a short tour to Istanbul. We checked in 2 times as in between we had a short tour to Cappadocia. Overall the hotel is good but we had mixed feelings as we were allotted smoking room’s despite telling the reception that we needed non smoking rooms. The next visit, this was taken care. More attention is required for room cleaning as we saw the hot water kettles was rusted, the carpet had pieces of grapes ( left by earlier guests) the bed sheets were stained. The housekeeping had missed out clearing the dustbin . So the feel good factor was missing for us when we used to return after a long day tour. Though i have to thank one staff member who took great care of our heavy luggage.Morning breakfast was ok with the limited vegetarian options. The hotel is so well located, close to the city centre. Good eating joints nearby.

Elite world hotel this was our first time visiting and what an amazing hotel and experience we have had! all staff have been excellent and in particular Balls he has been amazing with greeting us, his friendliness and how helpful he has been every time we arrived for food, along with ivan he has also been very friendly and kind and has helped us with anything we have needed, The bartender by the pool has also been very lovely and friendly to,we will definitely be coming back soon.😊
