酒店員工服務貼心 酒店位置旺中帶靜 大部份地標也近在咫尺 酒店衛生程度尚算很好 酒店提供的早餐食物 也有很多種類選擇.

Ооочень удобный в плане передвижения,транспорта , достопримечательностей. 3 минуты до трамвая станции Гюльханэ...5 минут до станции Сиркеджи. И 10 шагов до метро🤣. Очень вежливый персонал,всегда встречают с улыбкой и здороваются. Вид с окна выходил на задний двор другого хотеля...а хотелось бы конечно эстетики. Но зато было тихо и спокойно. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Очень удобная локация до Топкапы и в тот же момент до Босфора рукой подать . Был выбор между районом Султанахмет. Но побывав там, не ошиблась,что выбрала Фатих. Хотель новый и соответственно чистый, это было в приоритете при выборе. Немного простора в комнате и было бы супер класс.

全新的酒店, 位置極之方便, 而且極度乾淨。 一分鐘步行到電車附近 有非常多餐廳, 員工亦十分親切有禮每次經過都會微笑同你打招呼 床褥舒服 而且 環境在內街中十分安靜 非常推介入住

地理位置好，步行到聖索菲亞大教堂、地下水宮等旅遊景點十分方便。環境安靜，乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛。

酒店交通非常方便，門口就是公共交通，從薩比機場到酒店坐地鐵也是很方便，酒店很乾凈，門口都是餐廳，很滿意。

Very nice and clean hotel in Fatih area walking distance to Sultanahmet. The staff at the hotel are so polite and go the extra mile to assist you with anything. Etran, Ezat and Banan at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our entire stay. I recommend this hotel for nice rooms and great service.

Amazing experience, within walking distance to all main attractions, clean, quiet, tasty breakfast, knowledgable staff available 24/7 who go the extra mile to help guests from holiday information to assisting me find my way back when i took a wrong turn and to top it off when our airline finally delivered our lost luggage 4 days later we were already checked-in at airport for another international flight, the hotel staff made fast arrangement to have our bag rushed by taxi to airport so we were able to get it in time before our flight left . Lovely honest staff that treat you like family. Highly recommended. Management should be proud of the staff who are doing an outstanding job.

We stayed this hotel four nights I have no complaining about the hotel the thing is they recommend that us to go to restaurant the restaurant was not good. The restaurant name is skylife. The way they speak to my wife and my daughter I didn't like that, we couldn't finish our dinner there is many good restaurants around that hotel Please don't recommend that restaurant

I visited Istanbul with my friend in April and we booked in this hotel. Amazing experience! Brand new hotel, very clean, super centre , metro in front or you can walk everywhere. Amazing staff, ready to help with anything every time of the day. Highly recommended! Thank you again :)

hotel with a very accessible location. very educated staff and always ready to offer help. spacious, clean, quiet rooms. breakfast Suitable for everyone and abundant. I highly recommend , and when I come again to Istanbul I will choose this hotel.

Location is very good; the sights are in walking distance. The room was clean and new. There is no noise from the street. However: there was no heat in our room, and only after much complaining did we get space heaters (see image). On the other hand, there are numerous other heating/air conditioning devices just outside the window (see image) so that the room was very noisy at night. If at least we also could get some heat... We downgraded to a cheaper room with less noise and working heat but so far I did not receive any refund. The hotel could not give me an invoice for the money I paid for the stay and claimed I was the first person to ask for that. The rooms have a desk but no chair. The mattress is quite hard, compared to other places. The TV is too small to watch from the bed.

Questo hotel dall’entrata un po’ nascosta è stata un ottima scoperta. Situato nella parte vecchia della città non distante dai principali siti da visitare. Comodissimo per la linea del Tram 1. Le stanze sono minimaliste ma accoglienti e spaziose. Mi sarebbe piaciuto dargli eccellente, ma per la colazione e per le lenzuola mi limiterò a molto buono ( particolari trascurabili ma che fanno la differenza) Il letto è dotato solo di una stola infondo ai piedi e di un copriletto leggero usato come lenzuolo. La colazione, nonostante sia stata abbondante e buona, con poca varietà di dolci, soprattutto salata. In conclusione pollice alzato 👍🏾 e consigliato. Andrea

Da dove iniziare? Hotel aperto da un paio di mesi, quindi ogni cosa è nuovissima. Circondato da locali e ristoranti ma in un angolo tranquillo, le principali attrazioni si raggiungono a piedi, per i luoghi più lontani ci sono i mezzi di trasporto attaccati, posizione perfetta. La camera è pulitissima, spaziosa, davvero bella, c’è il parquet. Il bagno è in marmo, la doccia grande e molto comoda, asciugamani nuovi e profumati. Bottigliette d’acqua rifornite quotidianamente. Il prezzo è al di sotto della media, soprattutto per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Ci hanno organizzato il trasporto per l’aeroporto, comodissimo. Siccome siamo partiti abbastanza presto al mattino ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto. Ci hanno anche dato un bellissimo omaggio. Credo di non aver mai ricevuto un trattamento di tale livello. Tutto questo, ovviamente, basterebbe ma c’è di più: il direttore e tutti i ragazzi che lavorano nella struttura hanno ad ogni ora del giorno una parola gentile e un sorriso che fa sentire accolti, a casa. Grazie, avete reso questi giorni perfetti.
