The best hotel. Actually, I am a hotel staff in Japan and to be honest, I did not have high expectations. However, the Fer hotel is perfect. I arrived at 12:00 p.m. and was greeted warmly by all the staff. We were then immediately shown to our room. They also arranged a cab for us right away when we checked out. I would have liked to stay longer. I will visit again.

Good hotel. Location is great if you are visiting the old city. Everything is within walking distance. Floor manager Ibrahim is friendly, speaks good english and offers good advises for food and transport. However, gym only has limited equipment and no weights.

They stoled our baby’s teddy bear. The nespresso coffee pods weren’t replaced after the first day. We found a lot of stains on the bad. Great location, nice hotel design, poor service.

Hotel is in a great location for visiting sites in the old city and close to a wide range of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and were eager to help with all requests, further enhancing our stay. One thing the hotel could benefit from is a bar or social area, in order to further utilize the rooftop space.

A really lovely and modern little hotel. The staff were very kind, the room and surrounding areas were always clean and nothing was too much bother. I will defo be staying there in the future

優點是:房間很現代,全屋三菱中央空調,浴室有頂噴,水花有點散,花灑是穆斯林式長方形 2 排出水很集中,衞浴 4 件套、牙膏刮鬍刀拖鞋齊全。位置巨好,離聖索菲亞大教堂所在廣場 7 分鐘步行,從酒店所在小路走到主路就有 T1 經過。 缺點是:酒店所在路很陡,每天爬坡。床太小了衹有 1.5 米,2 個成人需要分頭睡,床墊太軟把我爸腰睡壞了,沙發床也很窄很短,就夠我 160 睡的,3 個人要住舒服,得開 2 間房才好。 另伊斯坦堡臨時買電話卡好貴,酒店前台買的 5 天無限流量但不可熱點 sim 卡要 700 里拉。

地理位置是不錯的 大巴扎步行可達 服務也不錯 會幫你叫出租車 雖然也是加價的 但價格還算合理 房間真的太小太小了 行李箱基本無法打開

酒店鬧中取靜 很方便 房間雖然不大勝在乾淨衞生 服務人員態度也蠻好 位置去哪都很方便 真的 週期有吃有喝 離土耳其浴也很近 很方便 大家可以試試看

Our family had booked this hotel for 4 nights but we cancelled the last two nights because of our very poor experience. Having travelled a lot for business and leisure, this was the first I faced such dishonest and threatening behaviours from someone (Kemal Abdulutlu) whose job title is nothing less than Front Office Manager. Whilst the past hotel ratings are positive, I should have read the former bad reviews because I am not the first customer who complains about Kemal’s poor customer attitude. In my case, I had asked Kemal to book a Bosphorus cruise for my family. I could see (online) many companies offering cruises with price starting below 10 Euros per person. Some of them had average ratings with several customers complaining about too many guests (up to 30) on board which made it difficult to enjoy the cruise or even taking pictures. I said to Kemal that I was ready to pay more to board a boat with a limited number of participants. Kemal recommended Velena travel which charges 60 Euros per person. Kemal confirmed (in writing) that the number of participants would be “up to 15 persons”. When my family arrived at the boat, there were already 25 participants onboard who had taken all the good places. The last seats left were at the back of the boat where you are not protected from the wind, can not hear the tour guide and only offer side views when other participants can enjoy 360 panorama. To be fair, we were given the option not to join the cruise but without clarity of what would be charged to us (taxi drive from our hotel, cancellation charges, etc.). We were given 30 seconds to decide. Because our late afternoon was already wasted, we reluctantly joined but made it clear that we would complain to the hotel which had arranged the booking and would not pay 60 Euros per person for the cruise services. I did not know who was responsible for the issue (the hotel or Velena) but someone had to take responsibility. When we shared our experience with Kemal, he did not apologize. His explanations were fuzzy: He told us that we knew that it was a group cruise, that we should not have joined the cruise, etc. Despite showing him his email, it was “all our fault” and he said that he would put on a “no show” to our last two nights if we did not pay at least 150 Euros for the cruise. Having realized who we were dealing with, we paid him the 150 Euros to leave the hotel but then cancelled the booking for the last 2 nights which we were entitled to. We certainly did not want to spend more time there. It was not easy to find an alternative hotel at the last minute but after searching (and wasting more of our valuable holiday time), we found the Golden horn Bosphorus hotel which offered wonderful hospitality and proper beds for our 2 teenagers. Four take-aways for future potential clients: 1- At Fer hotel, we stayed in room 101 (Senior suite) which claims to be 45 m2. This room is only suitable if you have two children under 10 because there is not

We really enjoy our stay in Fer hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a quiet street but very close from the main historic attractions. The staff was really helpfull and gave us good advices (restaurant, cruise on the bosphorus ...). Last but not least, the breakfast was one of the best if not the best we expencience in a hotel
