The day shift staff helped us to sort out our flight issue, we really appreciated. Over all, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. It was quiet at night after 12 am, so you can have a good sleep. Good for money.

I bumped into with some of cat front of my room. My booking didn’t have breakfast but they served me completely of water or Turkish tea. But be careful when you’ll check in night time. Because you’d lost way to hotel. You have to walk alley and there’s so pitch dark.

Room is not clean enough. Toilets was dirty and too much bad smells comes from toilet. They said they wanna improve later

The staffs are very helpful. Location is perfect as it is near to everything.

Its was great location and near most of tourist places

400 лир за сутки эконом номер. хорошее соотношение цена качество. Меня всё устроило, всегда в доступе горячий чай, вода, тихо, разве что мечеть рядом) но мне в кайф молитву слушать;) Красивая терраса, столики. Мелкие недостатки в номере, списал на хорошую цену. Дата 22.12.23

Неплохой отель, главное брать номера повыше на последнем этаже, там вид на море. Не рекомендую номера без окон на первом этаже. Номера не идеальные, требуют ремонта но для нас было не критично, потому что знали что так будет. Особо привередливым рекомендую отели подороже!

I saw quite a mixed bag of reviews before I booked this place, but it was a positive surprise to me. First of all, you always have to compare with what the price was, and here, you get a mid-level hotel for a very modest price. It is true that the entrance to the hotel and the way to your room (I had to jump different bags of concrete and other obstacles😊) is not excactly the Hilton, but the room itself is tidy and functional. Great location close to restaurants and some of the big sights. Would not recommend for the ones with reduced mobility, as located at the bottom of a rather steep hill, but a good option for everyone else. Misses the last star due to a relatively hard bed, apart from this I recommend it!

False advertisement on rooms. Pictures did not accurately depict actual rooms. Booked a delux room with a seaview, got a small room with a view of rooftops. Shower leaked constantly so water was all over the floor, mildew in shower, stains on the walls. Told the front desk about the leak. He didn't want to be bothered with anything. Booked it for a week, stayed for 3 nights. Manager would not allow refund. This was a very disappointing experience!

The rooms are filthy, I definitely do not recommend it
