I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

Private pool villa was very refreshing and convenient to us we had a great time and it was a very fulfilling experience. The staff was very cooperative and we enjoyed the late checkout that was given to us upon request. The breakfast had good variety.

The room was excellent, the service was superb, and the Folio dinner in the cabana experience was great. The check-in was fast, but the check-out was a bit slow, it would be better to have a special counter for check-out. Also it would be better to have a site map to guide guests to hotel premises. Thank you very much.

Amazing hotel with a great and professional stuff and the food was great! Beach and a huge swimming pool. It was my anniversary and the room was decorated with flowers balloons and a cake! Just perfect more than expectation with a cute card with our names. It’s an unforgettable experience and a night to remember the whole life. Will be coming again for sure.

Every thing was perfect as usual. The cleanliness of the hotel, the food, the wonderful treatment, the view of the hotel, the comfort, and the luxurious courtyard, everything is beautiful.

Beyond expectations, respectful helpful staff, always with smily faces. Clean place good hygiene. Quality of food is super, I tried two restaurants. Very fast registration , check in, check out, every particular detail is organized. I like the smart home options in my room. I hope they can utilize the beach side in better way.

This is our second stay here as we came for a week over Easter last year. Where to start…the hotel itself is beautiful, no attention to detail lost, it really is gorgeous, inside and out. A superb buffet breakfast set us up for the day with lots on offer and omelettes on demand-delicious! A variety of options for evening dining (we were here during Ramadan), all of which were great. I have teenage kids so they were delighted with everything from the magnificent buffet at Iftar in the opulence of the ballroom, to calamari and chips at Mint by the pool. Our compliments to the chefs!! There is a beach club which seems to have a big draw for the ex-pat community and their families. Hotel guests have access to everything and busy teenagers, when not cooking in the Kuwaiti sun, can avail of the lot (booking in the morning important). Tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, 2 swimming pools, a gym for 18+ and a beautiful private beach. All you could want and more. But the crowning glory is the staff-just WOW! From the moment we arrived at reception nothing was too much trouble. Any issues with the room? Fixed. Reservations required? Done. A particular mention should be given to the beach club staff, managers, attendants and lifeguards who are all on hand to make your stay as lovely as possible. Stephen in particular deserves his own mention-was a great hit with us, and everyone we could see there, friendly, accommodating, approachable-even when it was busy-a real asset to the hotel and for me an excellent example of what it means to excel in the hospitality industry, when it is small margins that separate one from another…
