Llegamos al hotel antes del check in, nos recogieron las maletas y fuimos a hacer turismo. Cuando volvimos nos llevaron a unas habitaciones en un sótano, sin ventanas. A medida que bajabas en el ascensor te venía un olor terrible a humedad y cañerías. Una de las habitaciones tenía la cama a medio hacer, las dos mobiliario viejo y roto. Olor indescriptible. Volvimos a la recepción y le enseñamos la reserva a través de trip que mostraba la reserva de dos habitaciones estándar con vistas a la ciudad. El recepcionista nos dijo que nuestra reserva eran de dos habitaciones económicas sin ventanas (desconocía que en un hotel de 4 estrellas te pudiesen meter en una habitación sin ventana), pero rápidamente ofreció una habitación mejor por 15 euros más por noche y habitación (60 euros en total). Llamé a atención al cliente de trip. Me atendió Alejandra que me calmó y se puso en contacto con ellos. (Muchísimas gracias Alejandra).El problema al parecer surgió por culpa de un intermediario con el que trabaja Trip. Mientras yo intentaba solucionar el problema por teléfono, al resto de mis acompañantes le insistían para venderle cruceros, cenas y traslados al aeropuerto (parecíamos los protagonistas de un chiste malo). Nos enseñaron las otras habitaciones, que estaban en un hotel diferente. Llegar al otro hotel fue otra aventura. Nos guió un botones (un chico jovencito encantador, lo único salvable del hotel) por en medio de unas calles llenas de obras. Accedimos a alojarnos en las habitaciones que nos ofrecieron, adelantamos el pago de 60 y trip prometió su reembolso (en dos dias teníamos el reembolso en nuestra cuenta). El desayuno del great fortune desing, donde al final dormimos, fue inexistente, ya que ni siquiera les funcionaba las máquinas de café y la solución que nos daban eran unos sobres de café soluble, al rellenar la taza con agua caliente se rellenó también de partículas negras, ahí decidimos que desatunaríamos fuera. No voy a mencionar el resto del desayuno. Desayunamos fuera, con los gastos que eso conlleva. El hotel en el que al final nos alojamos carecía de servicios contratados en el primer hotel (piscina climatizada y desayuno en terraza con vistas) además de que estaba peor ubicado, en unas calles llenas de obras por el día y desérticas por la noche. Pensar muy bien si queréis reservar en este hotel, puede que tu estancia sea en un sótano insalubre con olor a cañerías.

Super Lage mit guten Restaurants in Fussnähe.zimmer sind jedoch sehr eng.Es ist zu zweit eine Herausforderung.Für die Dusche muss man über das WC kletten.Für ältere Leute oder dicke nicht geeignet.

Номера маленькие, спа ужасный - холодный, маленький, грязный, идет ремонт. Нормального отделения туалета нет - стеклянная полупрозрачная дверь без намека на шумомзоляцию. И самая неприятная ситуация — уборщица УКРАЛА некоторые вещи, рылась в вещах, администрации без разницы, они только нахамили. Не рекомендую.

Одно расположение отеля хорошо, остальное отвратительно, грязный отель. В номере кондиционеры можно сказать не работают, вся мебель уже давно требует замены. Ресторан, столовая вообще лучше не ходить, повара прям на кухне курят, стулья все засаленые. Одним словом отвратительно. Если не хотите испортить впечатление от поездки , не заселяйтесь в это место

Personale molto valido ed amichevole

I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights in June and had a mixed experience. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to major attractions such as Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and the Grand Bazaar. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The first room they gave us was so dirty that we had to ask to be moved to another one. The bathroom was filthy, and the minibar fridge had a terrible odour. When we mentioned this to the reception, no one seemed interested in hearing our reasons for wanting to move; they just immediately asked if we wanted to see other rooms. Additionally, the second room was not cleaned properly during our stay. This aspect definitely needs improvement to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

It was great experience for me. Location was perfect it’s close to everywhere. Most of things by walking 5-10 minutes maximum. Staff also really helpful that’s why I will back again. Thank you very much for your hospitality………………………………..

I stayed at the hotel for just a couple of days and was absolutely delighted 😍😍 1. the first thing I would like to note is the excellent and convenient location of the hotel 2. delicious fresh breakfast on the terrace overlooking Istanbul 3. friendly staff ready to help and solve any issue 4. A big plus is that the hotel has a spa. After long walks you can relax and unwind I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Burhaan from the hotel management was excellent he made the holiday a great experience for the family he couldn’t do enough for us . All the trips, food and service was 5 star, Because of him my brother went to the same hotel in November/December

We chose this hotel because it had a spa and had a roof top bar. This was not a reason to stay here. The roof top bar is small and unclean. It is also where you get your breakfast from and next to the window there is a ***** of plastic fake flowers that look over 15 years old due to colour fade but also don’t look like they can have possibly been cleaned. The views out do not look like the pictures advertised. The breakfast is appalling with little choice and lack of fruit. The fruit juice is cordial and tasteless. And the whole ambience is dated. The staff were friendly enough but need to invest in their personal hygiene. The hamman booked again was mixed but best thing about the hotel is location. However other hotels in the area do the job much better so save yourself the misery and book the Sura Hagia Sophia.

Please read everything that I've written below. Firstly the hotel staff were more than helpful and friendly. I think under circumstances and things outside their control they did their best. As a solo traveler I was looking for a budget hotel and I went for the economy class. You can be forewarned that some of these rooms are not great, they are in the basement and as some others have commented aren't great. If you can afford to go up a grade then do this. They moved me and I paid the difference which wasn't too bad. The location is great. The Spa was also great, I got the VIP Turkish bath, massage and it was worth the price. There is some things that could be improved at the hotel, but it's not the staffs fault, it's an old building, but I would come back again.

Generally, I would recommend staying in the Asian side like Kadiköy. The European side is always crowded. This particular place's restaurant gave me food poisoning upon arrival, we ate in the evening, and next morning I was in a crook state, I spend 4 days walking from a toilet to another one. Breakfast isn't worth paying for, better to have one outside in the neighbourhood (there are many places). The reviews I saw, are quite ecstatic, but I didn't find anything to be amazed or overly satisfied as people describe. Despite you could have (that'll cost extra for the room) access to the SPA, you'll be able to use it till 20:00 only which is not quite cool considering you might want to wander in Istanbul till the dinner time. So, including the access to the SPA might be not such a great idea. The room was somewhat small, and it was not comfortable for long stay and absolutely uncomfortable if you need to work, so stay only if you don't need any work to be done. Don't be fooled by the promised view from the terrace, the place has the same floor number as the surrounding buildings, so the view will be on the roofs of the neighbourhood. The furniture in the restaurant is quite old an looks overworn. The staff is brilliant and mindful though.
