I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful. Their friendliness and sincerity made my stay truly memorable. I would especially like to thank Rasit, Ahmet , Selima, and all other staffs who offered me warm support. Their support truly enhanced my experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were incredibly responsive to our queries about local attractions. They even helped us arrange visits to several places we wanted to explore! While the room was a bit dated, it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Although my booking indicated that a bathtub was included, our room did not have one. However, the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room made up for it, and the thorough housekeeping service was much appreciated! Each morning, we enjoyed a great breakfast that was included with our stay. The lovely breakfast lady was exceptionally kind and everyday, she would introduce me to try out some of the new dishes she has prepared for the day. The spread was extensive and absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of our mornings! I really appreciate and enjoyed the warm hospitality the hotel staff have provided throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they visit!

This hotel is located in the old city as i understood so it is within walking distance of 10-15 min from popular tourist locations. The hotel was nice.

Great place in a great location. I booked this place based on reviews alone so was a little worried about what I might end up in! Great welcome from the moment we stepped in and we had no complaints about the room, the breakfast or the location. Easy walk to the blue mosque, hagia sophia, basilica cistern and sultanahmet tram stop to explore istanbul far and wide. Will definitely be my first point of call next time I am in Istanbul.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extraordinary. They were so kind and warm-hearted. I especially loved Sonya who prepared wonderful breakfasts for us. It was a great stay. Blue mosque and other major attractions were very close as well.

I like it very much. Stayed 7 days. LOCATION, LOCATION. All history is there. Hotel room small, but clean . I got all help at front desk: they arrange for me transportation,sight seen and gave me all information I needed. Very polite and informative.Breakfast is also OK. They speak English

酒店位置非常好，走路去藍色清真寺和聖索菲亞大教堂都很近，city walk很不錯。酒店前台帥哥態度也很好，入住和離店都幫忙拿行李。很贊哦

非常好很温馨，晚上很安靜，離景點都很近，酒店服務人員都超級熱情友善，早餐8點開始很棒，極力推薦！

賓館位置很好，房間雖小，但是還是比較乾淨温馨的，早餐比較可口，特別是早餐阿姨很親切，一直詢問我們吃的是否開心，走時還特意給我們羊角包説是等飛機時墊一下，讓外出旅行的人感受到温暖。

Otelin konumu oldukça güzel, çalışanlar da oldukça arkadaş canlısıydı. Özellikle mutfaktaki Sarima Hanım’ın yemekleri harikaydı!

首先這家店的地理位置很好，離聖索菲亞大教授和藍色清真寺都是步行距離，工作人員服務態度也很好，但是酒店的設施真的不是4星的配置，在我眼裡就是國內2星，甚至連房間的房卡都沒有，都是用傳統的鑰匙開門，床上也沒有被褥，衹有一張大的毛巾毯，以至於我不知道這是用來蓋的還是墊在床上的。當我從愛琴海旁邊的萬豪酒店入住到這一家瞬間感覺從天堂到地獄，所謂由奢入儉難，所以住了一晚後第二天就轉到了價格五倍多的博斯布魯斯的香格里拉，本來沒預想可以返還房費，因為訂單寫了不可取消和更改。最後定了三晚，住了一晚，兩晚沒住的前提下還退回了一晚房費，真的很感謝。我覺得服務和位置沒得説，如果不介意酒店硬件設施這會是個不錯的選擇。

勝在位置不錯，距離藍色清真寺和索菲亞教堂步行可達。 周邊餐廳和酒吧都還不錯。 設施：設施方面不要有太高期待，國內200水平。 服務：前台還是很熱情的。

位置很好，交通方便。房間寬敞，住的好。早餐也很優

住了三晚 1.位置不錯，安靜。 2.不好的地方是，晚上樓上有洗衣機的噪音，還不小。 3.至於早飯，唯一吸引我的衹有西瓜和蘋果
