All was good, but no hearing worked in room, asked many times but didnt done anyrhing, other thinga good, breakfast also good.

Hotel was clean and staff is also very nice and helpful. Recommend

Location good near Eurostar station, but room are bit old and not good for summer hot days.

The Room was not what I expected the pictures that they show online are not what you get completely opposite. The rooms are very tiny. The elevator of the hotel can only take two adults if you a fat then you take the elevator alone. The price of the room is more expensive than what you actually get. I will not recommend this hotel for those who are traveling with little kids. The receptionist was really friendly that was the only best thing I can say about the hotel service.

Worthy for solo travelers and couples.

petit we a paris, hôtel bien placé par rapport à la gare de l'est. Chambre vue sur la tour Effel. Bon accueil, hôtel propre, pour 2 nuits les draps ont été changés ainsi que les serviettes de toilette ce qui n'arrive pas toujours. Petits déjeuners largement copieux et variés. L'ascenseur et juste un peu petit.

房間比較小，可能是法國寸土寸金吧，佈置很法式，旋轉樓梯。唯一不足的是電梯停靠在兩層中間，對於帶大行李箱的人來説，還是要搬着行李上下樓梯，不太友好。電梯很小，衹能裝下兩個大行李箱。

El ruido de las demás habitaciones se escucha a todas horas. Si planeas descansar después de un día de paseo por Paris. Este no es el lugar correcto.

La facture que j’ai reçu du jeudi 30 janvier au mercredi 5 février de chez vous (Trip) avec petit déjeuner à payer sur place 5,00 €/ personne au lieu de 10,00 €/personne sur place. Pour la Réception ils ont reçu la facture d’Expedia avec un montant de 408,96 € sans petit déjeuner. Donc j’ai payé 10,00 € le petit déjeuner. Vous êtes des intermédiaires, D’après ce que j’ai compris, vous avez vendu mon achat à expédia. On a voyagé beaucoup, je n’ai jamais eu cette situation. Cordialement. Mohamed EL BAKKAL

Het hele hotel was beschimmeld!!! Zwarte gevlekte muren in de kamer, de gang en het toilet op de benedenverdieping. Er zat een zeer luide ‘tik’ in de verwarming waar je je in het midden van de nacht van dood schrok. Om het uur kwam de luide tik terug . Slapen was dan ook niet meer aan de orde. De lift sloot onvoldoende waardoor die soms op een verdiep bleef staan.
