It was terrible hotel. Very rude staff they didn’t pay attention to my requests at all Also trip.com didn’t help me regarding changing the room. The problem started with trip.com: 1- trip.com works with some travel agencies for selling rooms of hotels, each one bid less price for a room of a hotel, wins. But sometimes they do wrong. I booked a standard double room in low price, that was the problem. 2- when I checked in the receptionist of hotel told me that you reserved basic room (without window) but I insisted i booked a standard room. They sent me to a very small room that even there was no space for my suitcase! 3- I asked trip.com to change my room to a bigger one (standard size as i booked a standard room as stated in my voucher) but they brought me to the basic room that had no window 4- the big problem was that AC of whole of the hotel didn’t work, the previous room was so small but had window and i could open it to cool down the room; but the new one has no window so it was too hot and no ac 5- i asked to cancel changing room and come back to the previous room but hotel didn’t accept! 6- I was trying to ask trip.com to change the room again but they only said we are so sorry and something like this 7- I had to open the door of room whole of my stay to cool down the room and no one helped me! My wife was crying and couldn’t sleep nights! Trip.com staff only saying we are sorry and disconnecting! So I never com back to this hotel nor use Trip.com

They are not supportive , during sleeping and when someone walking and talking in the salon you wake up immediately because the rooms’s bed very close to the salon.

Noisy - absolutely shabby windows, whistling all night! Bed isn’t ok for 4 star hotel as well: cheap foam mattress. Breakfast is very basic - you have to pay around 4 euro for fresh juice additional. Unbelievable for prepaid breakfast! All in all it’s totally overpriced and not 4 star hotel- never again

Below average level, i wonder can be classified as level 4.5?

Отель очень удобно расположен для тех, кто пользуется автобусами из/в аэропорты. До него буквально 3 минуты пешком по ровной поверхности - в Стамбуле это актуально, там есть горочки) В отеле чисто. Персонал любезен и предупредителен. Хорошие завтраки. Но свежевыжатый сок за 6 евро это слишком дорого. Есть и замечания. В номере предлагается чайник с набором пакетиков чая и кофе. Но нет сливок. Обычно бывают. Стоит бесплатная бутылка воды, но нет стаканов, только чашки. Очень плохо работал отельный вайфай, пользоваться им в моем номере на 3 этаже было невозможно. Внизу у рецепшн работал получше. Были проблемы с включением телевизора. Сообщила, достаточно быстро пришел мастер и заменил батарейки в пульте. В целом, отель той цене, что платила я - 75 евро - соответствует.

服務好，位置好，離機場大巴，馬克西姆廣場，獨立大街都很近

위치는 좋았으며 룸크기도 나쁘지 않았음 웰컴 드링크와 과일을 줘서 좋았음 지하에 수영장과 사우나가 있는데 유료로 사용할수 있는다는것이 에러임 호텔다니며 호텔안 수영장 사우나를 유로로 운영하는걸 처음봄 그리고 실내인데 오후 8시가 마감임 조식은붜페식이 아니라 배식같이 하는데 코시국 이건 매우 위생적으로 젛아ㅛ음

I booked a comfort room. I realized that it was without window and I asked if I can change room the manager told me that all comfort rooms are without window when I told him that this should be mentioned in the description of the room , he told me that in Turkie comfort room means without window. Then I asked for an upgrade and he asked 60 euros per night for a room with a window. When I checked through booking the two rooms, comfort and stadard double had the same price.

Everyone was so helpful and kind! Loved the room service and it was so close to all the nice places around the hotel as well, in walking distance. The breakfast was good, they brought water to you everyday and the sauna was very nice. Would recommend!

This hotel is completely overrated The doorman wants to get money o top of every step you take inside the hotel. He negotiated a taxi to the airport for me, the moment I stepped into it an additional 10 euros due to the high way tool…. Receptionist are not willing to help at all Breakfast is impossible, there is no free table, in addition to no proper ventilation, the whole hotel smalls fried egg in the morning - I stayed in the 4th floor.

Hotel was located close to Taskim Square, main shopping areas, and other local attractions were just a short bus ride or taxi away. Rooms were clean and staff was professional. Breakfast was plentiful and had an assor**ent of choices. It was a pleasure.

We enjoyed everything and the service is perfect. Everything was good. They treated us so well as if we are at home. The rooms are so nice and comfortable. Room service is also so good. We will repeat our stay at this hotel again when we come back to Istanbul.
