Avoid this place. They charged me P1,000 for a sheet they said I dirtied with lipstick - and I don’t wear lipstick. It was a complete scam by the staff to keep my P1,000 deposit. The place is dirty, feels seedy and the staff are dreadful.

The worst place I have ever been ever stayed!!! There is no blanket, the only thing they gave is a very thin sheet (in which the bed sheet is even thicker), which they called “blanket”. I asked for additional mattress & pillow which they asked for 600 pesos, also without a blanket. The room smells bad and the floor is very dirty — my feet turned black after stepping on it. The room is very bright and noisy in the morning. The facilities is also as bare as possible, nothing is provided, not even a soap or a kettle. Meanwhile the price wasn’t the cheapest for 2 people. The receptionist lady was apologetic but very slow. I asked for a refund or upgrade for the next days and she asked me to “process it on trip.com platform yourself”, but when I tried to cancelled the standard room reservation for the next days they rejected. I reflected this to the receptionist but they rejected the upgrade again. Now I am not sure whether I want to stay here for the next days, and most likely I won’t get back the 1000 pesos deposit too. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Economy hotel and good for those who save.

We booked it online,but we need to cancel it after 15 mins,but they didnt grant the request.its also 3 hrs prior the check in time

We really enjoy staying here, everything is good especially the view of our room. My daughter really loves the place. We will surely be back here. 🥰👍

We stay there for 3 days. Our experience is good, because the room is clean and good air-condition. The place is very near to lrt station (Vito Cruz). Also near in Ninyo Aquino Stadium and Robinson's Manila. Highly recommend for those who seek for budget friendly hotel in manila.

The room given to me was nice. And kudos to the staff - when water entered the room because of the recent storm, I was immediately moved to another room. Maybe fix the leaking windows next time. But overall (if there's no storm or typhoon), I'd probably stay there again if given the chance.

The staff are friendly, I like the location of my room. Complete amenities.

It was a good room, very spacious, but pillows did not smell good. No phone to contact room service, needed to go down to the receptionist to raise concern. Window blinds did not do its job especially in the morning. Aircon cools so slow, and TV was small and had lines.
