Had delightful lunch at Rakaposhi with friends on a rainy afternoon in Islamabad. The food was great but the service was even better, thanks to our server - Asif from Chitral. The cafe has outdoors seating as well that we were eager to enjoy, but unfortunately due to the intermittent rain, the admin didn’t allow. Nonetheless, a wonderful and memorable afternoon!

I booked Lake View deluxe room but I was given the room in first building first floor and not any kind of lake view. They lied and cheated me for 400$ which I paid for two rooms, 134 & 136. I have asked them to refund me. Moreover room had one screw loose on ground holding carpet via metal bar which hurt my wife. Nobody apologized and even came for repairs.

We visited Serene Lounge Islamabad International Airport and had a great there.The staff were very friendly and helpful, Rameez Ali served us with fresh Orange juice and some fresh food. The service was very good, a great experience! I have travelled all over the world but the hospitality by the staffs especially Rameez Ali was highly appreciable exceeding my expectations.

We visited the new Serena Lounge at Islamabad International Airport and were very pleasantly surprised. We had first class service from Rameez on the reception desk and enjoyed a lovely fish meal cooked freshly for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff & it’s a great initiative by the Serena to provide a quiet haven in a chaotic airport with fresh food instead of the deep fried stale offerings of other lounges.

We went for a meal in the Wild Rice Asian Fusion restaurant. From the moment we arrived at the Serena Islamabad Hotel we were welcomed and felt completely at home. It’s a fabulous hotel and meets the highest international standards. In the restaurant Asif looked after us with friendly attentiveness, we were not rushed yet when we needed something he was there with a smile and obviously taking pleasure in his service. The food was outstanding. We shared dishes and there were generous portions of truly delicious (in our case Chinese) food. When it came to the bill. We were expecting a big one! We were WRONG, it was ridiculously good value even by Islamabad standards. So to say we recommend is an understatement and seek out the wonderful Asif because if you respect him like we did you will receive the best care you could expect anywhere in the world. I hope his boss sees this review!!

Overall excellent experience .the staff is very professional . The room I stayed had excellent view. The food I experienced in Zamana and Rakaposhi was excellent and I will surely return to Islamabad Serena .the best hotel in Pakistan .the pool and gym are of high standards

No answer - considering this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, the service is really not good. I have written emails, messages on facebook and even messages on instagram for weeks, but no one is answering. Simple things are taking Serena a very long time. What kindda of service is this?!

serena islamabad is always an amazing experience. the staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are top class. special shout out to Mr. Naushad who is an asset to to the hotel and is always helpful and friendly and extremely accommodating.

I visited new Serena Lounge at Islamabad Airport. Loved its new interior, very beautiful decorated, also best food i ever ate at any lounge in Pakistan Service level was at par with Qatar airways lounge at Doha. I will also mention about Rameez (staff member) who took care of me, must say service was very personalized.

DAWAT Restaurant at the Islamabad Serena Hotel is fantastic. The food is really tasty, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Thank you to the wonderful Manager Fariha, and her attentive waiters Faisal and Habib who made the dining experience extra special.

Excellent service at Zamana by Mr muneer. Highly recommend if you are dining here. He has made our experience the best. I would not be visiting again if it were not for him. I have noticed that once you have sat down to done, he will keep checking on you to make sure everything is going ok. Thank you to Zamana and Mr Muneer

Best hotel in the city. Real value for money. Amazing architecture, delicious food and helping staff. Sauna and gym facilities are top class. 2 x swimming pools. I think 5 restaurants and scenic nizara lounge on top floor. Parking is free..

DAWAT RESTAURANT. Faisal and farhi are fantastic! Excellent service, food is delicious and restaurant is immaculate. Bother servers couldn’t do enough for you, it’s my first time in Islamabad I’ll definitely be returning. Excellent value for money!
