Recently renovated and with brand new furnishings, it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the amenities and entertainment Florida has to offer.The front yard is quite cosy with a fence and tropical folliage making it private from the neighbors, and has a sitting area near the palm tree that is illumanted at night. The back yard also has generous cosy sitting area with a couch, chairs, ottomans and a grill, illuminated dusk till dawn. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a formal living room in the front, and a breakfast and family room area with a spaceous sectional in the back. The living room and the family room are equipped with 65" TVs, and our wireless wi-fi and high-speed internet allows for seamless connection to all the commonly used streaming apps. In case you need to work from your home away from home, there is a computer desk in one of the closets and an office chair - both are on wheels so that you can easily move them to an area that you deem most convenient for you to work during your stay. The location is perfect and close to everything that you might need while you are visiting the area! There is a convenience store at the end of the street that you literally can walk to! Walgreens is a 2-min drive away, there are 2 Publix stores (grocery) and Walmart within 10 minutes, and Martin Memorial Hospital is just a few blocks away.And of course the main reason to visit Florida is ocean and beaches - well, there are 8 public beaches within 5-15 min drive! The cottage is about 5-min drive away from downtown Stuart with restaurants, shops, art and craft shows and all the nightlife buzz. The Indian Riverside park with a water fountain and children's museum, Langford park with basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, and Elliot Museum are all just a few minutes away. The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. ENSUITE BEDROOM: -QUEEN bed w/ a new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress -Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations -Dresser, Walk-In Closet and attached Ensuite Full Bath (shower, toilet, &           vanity). -There is also a dedicated workspace (desk) for those looking for an at           home office! The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house). The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have! We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated.
