There is also at least 1 propane grill available and ready for use. The woods have been cleared of underbrush and are pleasant to walk in. We've put in a small duck pond and fire ring, stocked with some wood and started, upon request. Cellular signal is spotty to poor, but free wifi is available once on the property.We have a few chickens and a rooster that live in the barn. We haven't had any negative feedback about the rooster waking up guests, but if you think it might be a problem, please plan accordingly.We have a very small RV campground (7 spaces, of which the tiny home is one). So when you book, you may very well have neighbors. The spaces are 25' wide and the tiny home is in the center of the space.Guest accessThe tiny home faces a wood. Guests are free to walk throughout the wood as far as the creek and around the grassy area near the tiny home. The pasture in front of the barn is also fine.
