Also a large walk-in closet (highchair in located in here), air purifier fan, luggage rack, extra pillows/blanket & a safe located in the dresser 2nd Bedroom: Bunk beds-twin over twin & a queen size memory foam mattress. Smart tv w/NES Nintendo system over 600 old school games on it. Dresser, air purifier fan and large walk-in closet. In this closet is extra blankets/pillows, Also a Beauty Parlor! With a table and 2 beauty mirrors where makeup and hair styling can be done in comfort Kitchen: (The mountain view in the picture is a window mural. not an actual view) Enjoy a full view of the living room/tv from the kitchen seating area & the mountain range/yard view out of the windows. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook during your stay. It is completely blocked off and separate/secured from the downstairs. No kids or animals stay on this level either. So the private basement suite is private, quiet and comfy. There is a shoe rack by the door. Please use the ashtray for your cig butts and please don't throw them on the property. So it is VERY important to read & understand everything BEFORE using this amenity To Avoid Unplanned ExpensesYou need to know that once you check into this Vacation Suite, you are responsible for everything under you. If you ignore any hot tub rules, you are liable for repairs from misusing the hot tub. As well as possible fines & cancellation of your reservation without refund. It Is for an Enhanced ExperienceAnother reason why it’s important to follow hot tub rules, is because it makes your stay more enjoyable. Many people like hot tubs because they help them relax after a long day — especially on vacation!RULES & GUIDELINES FOR HOT TUB:1. Maximum Hygiene is SO important BEFORE Using the Hot Tub. (A MUST) Please shower/rinse off with soap & water & change into clean swimwear before getting in the hot tub. This is to wash off any oils & lotions from your skin. These things can affect the water chemical balance that could affect the harshness of the water on your hair & skin. Ladies also try to put up your hair to protect it from the chemicals & to protect the chemical balance of the water. You should also know dirt, products or bacteria may have accumulated on your skin/hair.2. Hours Of Operation 8am-10pm Monday-Sunday 3. Age restrictions for hot tub is over the age of 8 years old and never without supervision of an adult at any time unless over the age of 18. A Camera is angled at the hot tub for the safety and to prevent risks of the guests using these amenities. And to protect both the guest and host from any potential issues that could arise.4. The hot tub has a cover that should be moved out of the way before use. It is guests responsibility to place the cover back on correctly & securely (make sure to clip the side clips it gets windy here and the cover will blow back) after use to maintain chemical levels & cleanliness. So after using the hot tub please place a packet of the shock provided into the water before putting the cover back in place5. Food/Cigarettes are NOT to be consumed by guests during the use of the hot tub at any time. Drinks are allowed but are asked to make sure not to spill in the hot tub for levels & cleanliness of this amenity. There is a charge pf $100-200 for my maintenance company to drain and rebalance the hot tub in this case. So please take precautions so that these charges won’t be required of you to pay during your stay. Also keep in mind that Alcohol is extremely dehydrating and makes it difficult for your body to regulate its temperature inside and outside water.6. Wet towels are not to be placed inside on the carpets/furniture/beds to avoid causing mold & destroying property. Hooks to hang wet towels have been placed on the house wall right outside the door, in the laundry room & bathroom where they can dry out and be used again during your stay7. The maximum occupancy limit for the hot tub is 4 people using at one time. It can over fill and make the hot tub water temp colder 8. No dogs allowed in the Hot Tub at any time or fines of $200 will be charged to reservation. 9. No diving/Stunts allowed to be performed by any guest at any time the hot tub10. Make sure feet do not have gravel and rocks stuck to them before entering the hot tub. This can cause dam

Family and Pet Friendly. A cozy house on a low traffic cul-de-sac street by the mountains, close to Colorado Springs and Denver. Less than a mile from the National Forest for great hiking / biking, 2 minutes to the quaint shops & restaurants of Historic Downtown Monument, 5 minutes from I-25, 10 minutes from the AFAcademy.Two minutes away is Monument Lake that offers kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing (no swimming).The spaceThe culdesac is tight and does not have much room for street parking, so you'll be limited to 3 cars. We ask to please park in the driveway/garage and front of the house as much as possible. We are flexible with number of people if additional guests wish to stay on an inflatable air mattress.*PETS: We are Pet Friendly. There will be an extra $75 cleaning fee. Maximum 2 dogs per stay. They need to be friendly and get along with other dogs and kids. Please Note pets are allowed only on Main Floor (where the King and Twin beds are located). Not in the basement (where the Queen bed is located) due to new rug. A door separates the two areas. For everyones safety, the property has outdoor security cameras.The house is cooled by central AC and also has heat. Please note the fireplace is not working properly and won't be able to be used during your stay.The home has two levels:- MAIN LEVEL: The main level includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, outdoor access to deck. The bedrooms include a Master with a King bed and mountain views. This adjacent room on this floor has a trundle Twin bed that sleeps 2. The bathroom is accessed from the hall and Master bedroom and has a bathtub. Open Kitchen/Living: Kitchen is well stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, rice maker, toaster, blender, sandwich toaster. The kitchen has direct access to the outside deck where you will find a Grill outside for cooking. The living area offers a big flat screen tv, (Wifi included, as well as Roku to log into your own viewing App Netflix or Disney). - LOWER LEVEL: Includes 1 large Bedroom (Queen Bed) connected to a Bathroom. Outside of the bedroom is the large Game/TV room and a bright area with a work desk which has direct access to the backyard. Please note the office area is not enclosed in a room with a door, it is isolated but part of the fireplace and tv/game room. The washer / dryer is also on this level. * OUTDOORS.The outdoor deck is directly accessed from the kitchen and partially shaded with stairs to the backyard. The patio has a gas BBQ grill. The lower floor has a walk-out basement to access the backyard too. The backyard is big and fully fenced, with trees for shade. The backyard has a gate that accesses the Park in the back called “Dirty Woman Park”, which has a creek, playground, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and baseball fields. The park is several hundred feet from the house and noise should not be a problem. Just down the road is the National Forest with great trails for hiking or biking, and Monument Rock is very close within the forest grounds. The town of Monument offers shopping, great restaurants, parks, playgrounds, farmer markets. Major Grocery Stores, Walmart, and most stores are just 5 - 10 minute drive.Guest access* DURING YOUR STAY. Guests will have access to the entire home including the 1-car garage, minus the outdoor storage shed. We will never enter the house during your stay without your permission. Always feel free to message us with questions or concerns. We are very friendly and live 5 minutes away. *CHECK-IN We like to greet our guests when they arrive and give them the tour of the space and property. We will try our best to be home upon check-in, if not possible, we will give you instructions on how to access on your own.Other things to note*No smoking inside our house or on the premises due to high fire hazard. Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are strictly prohibited. * NO PARTIES. Moderate drinking is allowed, but "parties" are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 9pm until 8am.
