Come relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Erie right from the porch!  Steps away from a big beach! Rent a bike and ride through beautiful Point Gratiot park. The entrance of the park is steps from our lakehouse, inside the park are beautiful grounds with pavilions, grills, playgrounds, volleyball and a new gaga ball pit! As if, that isn't enough to do, enjoy the hot tub on the porch with sounds of Lake Erie waves crashing on the shore or relax around the fire pit. If fishing is your thing grab a fishing license for the day and bring your fishing rods, we have Crooked Brook Creek that runs right through the backyard! Known for the fish you can catch, lots of small mouth, large mouth, perch and more! First and foremost, there are numerous events that take place at The State University of New York at Fredonia, which is about 5 minutes from the house. This event takes place December 17th through the 23rd and a drive thru only experience from December 26th through the 30th. Ellicottville fall festivals - 1 hour away Peak ski resort - 50 minutes away Ellicottville ski resort - 1 hour away The Buffalo Art District which has festivals, theaters, and museums - 52 minutes away Ice skating park at Riverworks - 49 minutes away Numerous wineries that would be great for parties, reunions, or just a weekend away.
