This 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom home has all the amenities and special extras that will make your stay very comfortable. It has No Pool but is located in the desirable 'The Cove’ neighborhood (east of US1) and only 1 mile from Deerfield beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. The Cove Plaza is nearby with many conveniences including gourmet grocery stores a wide range of dining options, shops, salons and more.This is a single story house of about 1400 sq ft of under A/C living area. Private and fully fenced in backyard, carport and large screened in & furnished patio at the back. No pool.The chefs kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large double sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances or baby/toddler items can usually be met.The Master bedroom has a King size bed, with en-suite bathroom (vanity, toilet and shower), and a good sized closet. In addition to the king sized bed, there is a large smart tv and desk or vanity area.The remaining 2 bedrooms all have queen sized beds, large flat screen smart tv's and built-in closets.A second bathroom with bathtub / shower combination, vanity and toilet is located in the hallway.The chefs kitchen, living room and dining area are all open plan. The dining area seats 6. The living room has a flat screen smart tv and very comfortable reclining leather sectional couch. Comcast full cable package and fast Wi-Fi is included.The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Full sized ironing board, iron and laundry supplies which should be enough for a week. Plenty of towels and extra linens will be available in the hallway closet. Supplies stocked are a “starter pack” if you're staying longer than a couple of days please plan a trip to the store to buy more: All purpose cleaner, dish washing detergent, kitchen trash bags, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, salt, pepper, oil etc.Mattresses are brand new and well protected with mattress encasement, pads and waterproof mattress protectors.The private back yard has a very large screened in patio area, and outside of that plenty of lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The back yard has a seating and lounge area and a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week, landscape and maintenance workers have full access to the back yard as their work is weather dependent.
