Extensive renovations from the foundation up were required. My wife and our team of talented craftsman curated every detail, adding in old home charm with antique newel posts, period corbels and restored windows. No part of the home went untouched. The waters-edge shack was ramshackle when we bought the house. This too has been fully restored with a main floor and a loft that can accommodate 3 or 4 adventurous guests who want to sleep inches from the water.
