My first visit to Otaru was truly unforgettable, all thanks to my experience at this wonderful hotel! Located just a pleasant 20-minute drive from Otaru Station, the hotel is nestled in a tranquil, private area that feels like stepping into a captivating wonderland. I was delighted to discover a bus stop right across from the hotel, making it effortlessly convenient to explore the surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly by name, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Taking off our shoes upon entering the hotel created a feeling of comfort and cleanliness that made us feel right at home. After a smooth check-in process, during which they confirmed our breakfast time, the staff graciously guided us through the hotel, sharing helpful information about opening hours for various amenities. Our room was beautifully adorned in traditional Japanese style, complete with an open-air bath. Enjoying this serene experience during the winter was simply magical! We also savored a delectable Kaiseki dinner in our room, which was not only a feast for our taste buds but also left us delightfully satisfied. The onsens were a real highlight, featuring an adjacent sauna. With daily alternating access for women and men every other day, we were able to enjoy both during our stay. Families will find this hotel exceptionally accommodating, thanks to its variety of playrooms and relaxation spaces catering to guests of all ages. Plus, the complimentary refreshments and bar in the lobby until 10 PM added a lovely touch to our experience. Breakfast was a true delight, with a peaceful view of the snow outside the restaurant, enhancing the serene atmosphere. On our departure day, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the JR station, making our exit seamless and convenient. Looking back, our only regret is that we stayed just one night—I can't wait to return and immerse myself in a different season's beauty. This hotel is now firmly on my list for future visits, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure!

Very lovely hotel with extremely helpful front desk staff who spoke good English. The location is really convenient smack right in between Otaru JR station and Otaru Canal and less than 15 mins walk to Sakaimaichi Shopping Street. The room is big in Japanese terms. No issue for those travelling with 2 x 30 inch lugguage. We had twin bed room which comes with a large sofa lounge enough for 1 person to sleep. We had dinner at the 11th Floor Casa Blanca. Wonderful dinner for 3 with wines, whisky and highballs. Exceptional night view of snow capped city buildings. All at an very surprising bill of ¥25,000 for a fine dinning restaurant. I will not hesitate to recommend this excellent hotel. Will definitely be back for my next visit to Otaru in Authum.

Excellent service makes you feel like home. Hotel facilities and ambiance warms your heart. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Hope I can revisit this hotel in near future.

Bạn tôi không ăn thịt bò và tôi nhớ bữa sáng và bữa tối trong cả hai ngày. Bữa sáng đầy nghi lễ, có rượu sâm panh miễn phí. Mức giá 2.600 HKD một đêm (bao gồm bữa sáng và bữa tối) là rất hợp lý. Cozy Inn tuyệt vời, có thể dễ dàng đến bằng xe buýt hoặc ô tô. Có nhiều chỗ đậu xe. Phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Gần Aeon và Daiso. Có thể đi bộ ra kênh đào nếu bạn không lái xe. Nhận phòng bằng máy và chỉ sau 3 giờ chiều, vì vậy đừng đến sớm. Nhìn chung, tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên đến!

Tiện nghi khách sạn tuy cũ kỹ nhưng nhìn chung vẫn được bảo trì tốt. Sau 2 đêm ở phòng khách sạn nhỏ tại Sapporo, thật tuyệt khi có thêm không gian để thư giãn. Suối nước nóng ngoài trời thật tuyệt vời và onsen mở cửa đến tận đêm khuya - giúp du khách có đủ thời gian tận hưởng n*** cả sau một ngày dài tham quan. Nếu bạn thuê xe, vị trí khách sạn không phải là vấn đề. Gần đó có một khu chợ lớn mở cửa 24/24 và chỉ cách Otaru 15 phút lái xe. Nhân viên rất tử tế và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất cứ khi nào chúng tôi cần. Vấn đề duy nhất tôi gặp phải là tiếng ồn từ phòng phía trên. Vì lý do nào đó, khách cứ chạy nhảy trong phòng và rất ồn ào. Nhìn chung, đây là một khách sạn cổ kính, xinh xắn với không gian dễ chịu.

Nhà trọ cổ kính được cải tạo từ một tòa nhà cũ. Dịch vụ hoàn hảo và phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Sàn nhà có thể kêu cót két khi bước lên, nhưng đó chính là một phần tạo nên sự quyến rũ khi lưu trú tại đây.

OMG! This was the first thing we said as soon as we entered the room. It’s so spacious and comfortable. The pictures don't lie! Everything was perfect, and the location is ideal, being so close to the train station. We absolutely love list apartment style. *chef’s kiss*
