The mighty Block 3 of the former KdF facility Prora stretches directly behind the dunes of what is probably the most beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Nowhere is the beach as close as in Prora. Here you will find the lovingly renovated holiday home "Haus Granitz" in the middle of the block. The bright and child-friendly apartment "Heimathafen" has 65 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. From the two bedrooms, the living room and from the balcony there is a wonderful view towards the Baltic Sea and the protective pine forest.The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The living area is open plan and offers access to the balcony. In the "good room" you will find a comfortable couch, flat screen TV, DVD player, music system and WiFi. In the kitchen area you will find an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and extensive kitchen inventory including children's dishes. The large dining table comfortably seats 4 people. The apartment also has a high chair for toddlers.The large bedroom welcomes you with a double bed, a flat-screen TV and a spacious wardrobe. The beds in the second bedroom are separate. Storage space offers two chests of drawers and pull-outs under the beds. A baker is right in the house and provides fresh rolls every day. There is a parking space near the house. Prora continues to develop architecturally. The area is being renovated stylishly and carefully. This can lead to negative effects from construction vehicles and construction noise. We therefore grant a 10% discount on the rental price. This covers any claims arising from a defect caused by the construction sites.
