"I was really impressed on my first visit. I stayed here for three days, and the room was huge with two levels—upstairs was a living area, and downstairs was the bedroom.
There was a balcony with a really beautiful view. Even though our room didn’t have a washing machine, the hotel actually provided one for us to use for free.
And it was super convenient to order food here. The staff were really excellent—they gave great recommendations and helped with everything.
I really loved it and would definitely recommend that if you come to Zhoushan, you should stay here."

Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more.
Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food.
Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks.
You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby.
No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

"To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back."

I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice"

Một điểm quan trọng nữa là khi bước vào khách sạn, hương liệu bên trong có mùi rất dễ chịu và khiến bạn cảm thấy bình yên. Không phải loại nước hoa hay nước xịt phòng rẻ tiền. Có lẽ điều này có liên quan đến việc chủ khách sạn rất giỏi sử dụng trầm hương, và có lẽ có một chút mùi trầm hương trong không khí. Nhìn chung là khá tốt."

"Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person.
I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver).
Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf."

TTài khoản kháchWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

MMike the digital nomadI had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

TTài khoản kháchService was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go.
The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around.
The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk.
Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.

JJiabaoyudanaotiangong很好很好，房間住着挺舒服的累了還可以和朋友在房間裏玩玩麻將，不錯的體驗啊。出行比較方便，小區後面就是公交站了，還有些小飯店，挺好的。
