We had a wonderful stay at Into Hotel Chibi. The service was consistently warm and accommodating, with special thanks to Yuanyuan and Xiao Chen for their attentiveness throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the incense experience, which was both interesting and calming — a lovely touch that made the stay feel unique. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, luxurious amenities, and thoughtful cultural elements woven into the space. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a relaxing and meaningful environment. Overall, a delightful stay. Highly recommended

酒店乾淨衞生，服務熱情，大堂豪華明亮，住的房間能看到山景和泳池，環境優美，到酒店的第一天，天氣比較涼，跟前台説了一下，服務員給送來一床厚被子，第二天空調就有暖氣了，早餐豐富，環境很好 ，吃飯很方便，酒店對面就有餐廳，酒店二樓也有餐廳，入住酒店非常滿意，感謝酒店的熱情服務。

強烈推薦！ 第一次入住，很喜歡，前台小陳、小汪服務特別熱情，快速幫我們辦理了入住，房間寬敞明亮，落地窗正對江景，床品和枕頭非常舒適，一夜好眠。早餐品種很多，尤其是現煮的麪檔，味道很棒。地理位置也好，下次來一定會再住這裏。

Good hotel, basically like all Vienna Hotels. If you've been in one you know what to expect. The rooms are large, nicely fitted out and clean. The free breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The one minor complaint is that the lifts look very dated and feel like goods elevators. But I can live with that as long as the rooms are nice.

前段時間出差住了莫林酒店，體驗超棒，必須安利！ 一進大堂，暖黃色燈光和簡約時尚的裝修風格，瞬間讓人放鬆。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹周邊美食，好感度拉滿。房間佈置得很温馨，床品乾淨柔軟，躺下就像被雲朵包裹，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也不錯。酒店的早餐選擇豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。有現做的麪條，還有各種新鮮水果，開啟活力滿滿的一天。位置更是沒得説，周邊交通便利，公交站、地鐵站都很近，出行方便。附近還有商場和餐廳，滿足各種生活需求。這次入住莫林酒店，從環境到服務，從設施到位置，都挑不出毛病。下次出差，還選這兒！不會讓您一直等到下午才讓您入住，客人的體驗放在第一位！被小姐姐的熱情打動，也比較靈活的處理，退房的時候我也會給他們點上一個五星好評！前台服務熱情周到，耐心解決提出的任何問題，盡全力幫我們解決，有一次手錶掉酒店了，酒店第一時間聯繫到我，非常感謝他們！酒店還是比較位客人着想，提供了更多的選擇，在這家酒店入住了很多次了，下次還會再來這裏！

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotspring valley hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was right next to the hot spring resort and they had a great Chinese breakfast buffet.
