"週末來忻州玩，看了下忻州酒店還是選擇了希爾頓惠庭，主要原因就是大品牌值硬件和服務都是統一的有保障，還有就是新酒店設施都是全新的，雖然價格有點偏高但是一切都是值得。
位置
位於市中心火車站旁邊，由於市內火車站基本上都是普速車，因此客流量不大，這附近不會很喧鬧，不過火車站正對面道路有學校工作日放學時候大概比較擁堵。
酒店附近餐飲相對不是特別豐富，但是2至3公里開始就變多了，一些比較不錯的餐廳集中於古城那邊。酒店距離古城北門大約三公里，古城南門四公里，打車去很便宜。
酒店自帶停車場充電樁，面積不算小，直接進入，每次出去前台掃碼可免費，非常適合自駕，一路進城也基本都是大路。
房間
希爾頓惠庭酒店裝修風格和設施基本上都是統一的，包括舒適的床，沙發圓桌寫字枱椅子等等基本上如出一轍。房間沒有設定語音功能依靠按鍵也挺方便，房間內設定大量插座非常便捷，寫字枱牆上的是不間斷插座。酒店配備了洗菜池、冰箱和微波爐，尤其是冰箱非常強悍，製冷效果最厲害甚至可以冷凍。房間儲物設施超多還有掛燙機和熨衣板。
酒店淋浴房非常大，出水量和水温都沒有令人失望。
早餐
早餐設定在十一層，7點開始，早餐以中式形式，主要構成是幾道熱菜主食、中式檔口的餛飩、餄絡麪、傳統麪條等，輔助冷盤、西式點心、炸物等等。不過經過兩個早晨發現酒店早餐幾乎沒有變化，菜單幾乎完全一樣。當然個人感覺早餐還是不錯的。
公共設施
酒店一層佈局了非常大的公共區域，包括惠庭特色的辦公區域甚至有自助打印機自助茶水區，這裏可以讓商務辦公直接開展，也可以讓人歇歇腳，個人就特別喜歡這樣的公共區域。
服務
服務是非常到位，入住當天提前打電話詢問入住時間。每次早餐期間服務員都會禮貌的詢問昨晚休息的如何，有沒有什麼建議或者意見。可以看得出惠庭對於客人的反饋非常重視。
作為忻州市中現階段大概是新開業最好的酒店了，惠庭價格算不上太合適，但是提供的設施和服務應該是和價格相符合的，選擇品牌主要是因為品牌的統一培訓統一風格能夠控制，至少不會踩雷。"

My wife and me stayed there for 5 nights in Oct/Nov 2025. The location is good and away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities. It’s in a quiet location and you can do your hikes up to 凤林禅寺, one of the rare few operating monastery with quietness and serenity in the area. The staff there are friendly, welcoming and professional. Room was cleaned thoroughly and the snacks in the room replenished daily. Their vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner is simply awesome. I look forward to it everyday. The chef 赵师傅 is a master in creating delicious vegetarian meals. The other staff worth mentioning are 茵茵,阿文,宝珠and小王. The only thing they can improve on is to consider installing a self-service laundry room with a dryer.
Will return if I’m visiting 五台山again.

This is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate .
During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day.
The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room.
The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains.
Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

My room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view.
Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try.
The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain!
The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

Ot's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel
