"Only stayed one night, but the hotel was not as depicted as the photos. It was less well-maintained, not as clean and a little old. The lobby was quite well-designed though. Do note there is no elevator if you plan on staying on the high floor, and altitude sickness could be a problem for some to climb up. Moxi Ancient Town hasn't got much going on at the moment, but I think if you come back in a few years, it could be more bustling."

然而最打動我的，是這裏細緻入微的服務。特別感謝前台經理，見我們大包小包準備上山，特意安排車輛接送，這份雪中送炭的關懷讓旅途輕鬆了許多。餐廳的小羅姑娘更是貼心，那幾日我腳部浮腫行動不便，她默默將飯菜打好送到面前，眼神裏滿是關切。正是這些點滴，讓整個酒店瀰漫著如家般的温暖。
值得一提的是，在與酒店交流時，我曾建議可以進一步挖掘“長征文化”的深層價值——除了建築符號，能否通過主題展陳、紅色研學體驗，讓住客更沉浸地感受那段崢嶸歲月？令我感動的是，酒店管理團隊對此非常重視，認真聽取了意見，這份對文化傳承的真誠與擔當，讓這次入住更添意義。

We had an unforgettable stay at Hailuogou Lanshan Baiyunli Hot Spring Homestay! Nestled in the clouds, this remote hotel was a perfect escape into nature.
The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure.
Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake.
We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty.
I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed, and checkin was very quick. The staff was helpful and respected the fact that my Chinese isn’t fluent (yet ;)), so took their time explaining things to us.
The room was spacious, nicely decorated and verrrry clean! Felt like home :) (if it’s important to you: wifi was very fast).
When we checked in, I told the staff we are vegetarians and the next morning they served us a vegetarian breakfast without having to mention it again. There was also good coffee!
When we checked out and wanted to go to the glacier park, the staff told us we should leave the car at their parking lot for free. Very kind.
We’d definitely come back!

The hotel was very quiet. We were one of only 4 groups.
All the suites were empty and we were not offered an upgrade. Not expected but the hotel was basically empty.
There is a car to take you to the hot springs, ¥50 round trip. Or ¥25 each to bring you back. On return the staff seemed worried we wouldn’t pay and even called us.
The restaurant is good value for money. We had to pay before our meal though.
Breakfast was the biggest issue. It isn’t served before 7:30, so it is difficult to get up the mountain early. We also had no idea where it was served. It wasn’t brought to our room as reviews suggest. It was served in the breakfast hall, but it isn’t a buffet. The kitchen staff were very kind and friendly.
There was a non-optional wake up call to see the sunrise and the mountain. We liked it, you might not. You are paying for the location. It is otherwise expensive.

打卡雲漫這家冰川森林公園旁的温泉酒店，體驗真的超讚！離磨西古鎮就十分鐘車程，自駕有免費地下車庫，老闆還會熱情接車，辦入住超省心。訂的私湯房空間超大，落地窗望出去就是青山，乳膠床墊睡起來巨舒服，房間還配了藏茶，細節拉滿。
陽台的私湯是天然硫磺泉，不用跟人擠，隨時想泡就泡，泡完渾身鬆快，老闆説不用沖澡更舒服，親測真的👍。頂樓露天温泉區還能看山景星河，氛圍！感直接拉滿。酒店點餐也不踩雷，松茸燉雞鍋份量超足，氂牛肉新鮮，早餐都是手工做的，味道很地道。
整體性價比絕了，不管是親子還是朋友出遊都合適，來冰川森林公園玩選這家準沒錯，下次來還住這！

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, and it was one of the best stays we have had anywhere. The room was big, very clean and had a great view. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with fresh products and phenomenal cooking. The area is perfect for a relaxing stay, with great nature and good people all around. The many available hot springs made the stay even better. Most of all, the family running this place were extremely sweet and nice people. They helped us with anything we asked and we could see they truly put effort into making this hotel great. It was a hotel stay we will always remember!
