"Positive points: The hotel was empty (off-season), and we were upgraded — thank you for the thoughtful gesture! The view is beautiful, even though we weren’t there during the ideal season for the rice fields. We received an excellent welcome, and the bedding was comfortable.
Note: The hotel is not correctly located on the Trip.com map. The host had to come and pick us up, as following the map brought us to the wrong spot, about a 1–2 minute walk from the hotel.
Unrelated to the hotel: We found it disappointing that the buses connecting the villages tried to charge us a higher price just because we are foreigners. Foreigners, yes — but not naive."

"A lovely place for staycation. It was so serene and the view, looking at the rice terraces, replenishes one’s soul and relaxes not just your eyes but your whole body. I love the position of the bath tub overlooking the rice terraces and the nearby osmanthus trees. Morning walk along the path and seeing the ready smile of the locals was sweet. The bed and pillow are comfy and clean. Had we stayed for more than 2 nights, I would have used the washing machine in our room 😉 We had our breakfast, not much options but filling, and dinner (not included in the booking fee and the food in the menu are freshly cooked once you order) at the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel staff are accommodating. They even helped us arrange a car to bring us to and from the hotel. Free use of traditional costume for pictorial."

"The hotel room perfectly matched the images and descriptions on the website. We can take a nature walk here. (The hotel offer free experience ethnic clothing) We had our breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel and the food served is super!! Like their indoor and outdoor dining areas! We also bring back their home made glutinous rice wine. Thanks our friendly host who offer additional service and send us to the observation deck."

"Our arrival to the village was a bit difficult and we might have been a tad grumpy after having to climb up 20minutes vertically from the bus stop to the hotel with our 2 heavy suitcases, but immediately upon arrival our mood took a 360 shift. The owner was super friendly and told us that he even tried to reach us to pick us up by car but couldn’t due to our international number. We then got a room upgrade and he showed us where we can head out to see the first sights. We originally planned to stay only 1 night, but ended up loving our stay so much that we stayed an extra evening. We had a very nice European breakfast on the hotel’s beautiful view and made friends with the local cat. All the hikes and cultural experiences around were amazing, we especially liked the Dazhai-Ping’an hike, with so many amazing sights and views along the road. Was probably the most relaxing and enjoyable 3 days in our 3 week trip in south China. At the end of our stay the owner drove us down to the bus. We would absolutely love to come back and spend a full week here in any other season."

"Absolute lovely hotel and really kind staff. They booked the buses from and to Guilin for me and picked me up at the parking lot.
The hotel is in walking distance from the 3 sightseeing platforms. The rooms are pretty big, the shower has nice pressure and the balcony has a lovely view over the valley especially at night! The breakfast was a lot and really tasty and the food at the restaurant was great aswell."

It offers a 180 degree view of the entire terrace, quiet and elegant, with beautiful scenery in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. You can enjoy the clouds, the moon, the wind, and the rain. Upon entering, you will find that you can have both poetry and the distance.
"We are so glad that we have chosen to stay at this hotel during our trip to Ping'an. It's strategically located at Ping'an, where it's easily accessible to View Point 1: Nine Dragons and Five Tigers and View Point 2: Seven Stars around the Moon. The path to the above viewing points is just next to the hotel!
The hotel owner picked us up from the parking lot and carried our bags to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay due to the warm hospitality and superb service.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned with amazing views of the rice terraces close-up. We can even see the sunrise from our rooms. We went during winter, but fret not; the heaters in the rooms kept one warm. It was fun to go during winter as Ping'an is not crowded with tourists. The view of the Longji rice terraces has a different kind of beauty after the harvest season.
We had dinner at the hotel. The dishes were delicious as the vegetables were freshly plucked and the chicken was slaughtered for dinner. The hotel owner went out of their way to get us the dried bamboo shoots that we wanted to buy to take home.
Breakfast was great. We have enjoyed our meals at the hotel as they're home-cooked and organic. You can't get vegetables, herbs, and meat products fresher than here. It's a great place to stay for hiking and relaxation."

We enjoy a 270 degree view of the beautiful scenery from our room.
Hotel front counter staff are extremely helpful. 小潘 particularly gave us helpful advice on many aspects including how to navigate to some of the scenery view points. She also helped us to arrange return trip land transport between Guilin and the hotel. Additionally, her cute puppy 波波 has added to our delightful experience staying here.
The gift given by the hotel when we check out and the free coffee provided during our stay are much appreciated.
An improvement needed is about the bathtub drainage stopper which was malfunctioning."

TTài khoản kháchHad an incredible stay here! The views are stunning (probably one of the best out of all the other accommodations nearby), the room was clean and the service was friendly. It's a family owned business and everyone is lovely. If you're taking a bus, it won't drop you all the way to the hotel but if you give the hotel a call, someone can come pick you up from the bus stop. I had a bit of a miscommunication with my previous hotel who arranged a coach for us that dropped us off at a very far away drop off point and someone still came and picked us up from there with no complaints (and did not charge us for it)!! We were also dropped back off at the bus stop on the day we left. No one spoke much English which made it a little harder, but we got by with a translator app. There are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the hotel which isn't great if you have lots of heavy luggage so I'd recommend packing lightly if possible. Having said that, if you have average fitness, you should be fine getting up and down the stairs, the trek is not too long. The views are definitely worth it! Would stay again for sure.
