Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel including the Western and Chinese restaurants. For entertainment, the hotel offers private karaoke suites and a sauna.
"酒店整體服務意識與管理水平嚴重不足。
第一，前台在辦理入住時，前台服務人員主動提出要升級房型，卻要求先預付50元的費用，待退房好評後再返還，用50元來捆綁顧客給好評，吃相太難看，旅遊淡季時酒店免費升級房型本就是常態，況且並非是我主動要求升級的，這種營銷式捆綁既不真誠，也讓人極度反感。
第二，早上6點多就出現各種類似拖拽桌椅板凳的噪音，是持續性的，又這麼早，我住的又是邊户，所以大概率不是入住顧客發出的聲音，導致不到7點就被吵醒了
第三，房間衞生細節堪憂，我所預訂的房間是兩室，小客廳有兩張尺寸高低不一的茶几，為了打牌，搬開後，茶几和沙發下方藏有大量垃圾未清理，枕套沒有摺痕，隱約有黑色絨毛，感覺不像新換的（不確定）
第四，房間飲水機出水量極少，也沒有燒水壺，想泡個茶都費勁。
整體感受：前台衹談錢、不講服務，衞生管理敷衍，體驗感極差。希望酒店正視問題，不要再用這種套路對待客人，真正提升服務與管理。"

公司臨時派遣出差，沒來的急帶換洗的衣服，選擇了這家郎溪漢庭酒店，酒店內有提供洗衣機和烘乾機，很晚了衣服沒辦法拿下去洗，前台的服務人員幫忙洗好烘乾了用機器人送到房間，讓我很感動，第二天一大早就走讓我有衣服穿

酒店位於工廠附近。對於我來説出差很方便。每次來都住他們家。旁邊去月亮灣吃東西也很方便。那邊很多吃的。早餐非常好。訂了房間還給升了級，非常感謝。下次出差還會選擇他們家。前台服務非常好。客房阿姨送東西也非常快。當我想抽煙發現沒有打火機的時候，前台第一時間用機器人把打火機送上來，非常暖心。

住過好多次了，房間挺大的，有停車場，前台比較熱情，環境比較安靜，衞生乾淨整潔，性價比挺高的，畢竟就這個價位嘛。

房間是提前定好的 當天十二點多就去開了 進門的時候保安説停電了 下午三點來電 我們就進去確認了 然後大堂服務員説下午五點來電 然後我們就先登記了 到四點半去的時候 有個服務員説就這幾分鐘來電 然後等到了五點 告訴我們説是六點來 我們去前台問能不能優惠 前台説也就便宜一塊錢 給我們送一份點心 晚上入住的時候去看就一個小麪包一盒純牛奶一袋紅棗 一點誠意沒有 398一晚 直接少住了六個小時 一分錢也沒有優惠 體驗感很差

超出想象咧，五一假日出行，隨意來到了郎溪縣城，發現訂不到酒店了，就選擇了這家賓館，想着隨便睡一覺吧。沒想到，哇塞，很大的房間，兩張1.5米的床，三口之家，不擁擠。最令人驚喜的是智能家居，堪比五星賓館了，小朋友太喜歡了。
