服務：前台服務態度很好，辦理入住的時候解釋的很詳細。整體不錯。 設施：住的1層（按國內的説法是第2層），房間很大，衞生間大且舒服，陽台視野不錯，可以看到大山，景色很好。 食物：在酒店餐廳吃的早餐，質量中等。餐廳面積不大。 整體：酒店位置很好，交通很便利。帶小孩的話可以考慮。

l'ambiente pulito e giovane, molto caldo , con un bagno molto spazioso. per la colazione si usufruisce di un locale al piano terra molto bello e fornito, con annessa cucina dove ti preparano le uova a richiesta o altro. unica cosa stonata il bagno in camera con la parete in vetro, che limita un po' la privacy se non si è una coppia affiatata. comunque in questa struttura ci ritornerei molto volentieri, consigliata

Taking the trains through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our trip. Not ultra luxury, but clean, comfortable, and has air conditioning. Nice breakfast as well. The absolute best view from a hotel window in my life.

Six of us had a great stay here. The hotel is in a good location, staff were friendly, rooms are quiet, clean and have fairly large bathrooms. As a bonus, we had an incredible view of the Alps from our rooms! For two mornings, we enjoyed the “Basic Hotel Breakfast” which had several tasty items to choose from including eggs cooked any style. Staff here, were also friendly and courteous. Just behind the hotel is a cool little market aka “Markthalle” which is worth checking out. Although likely busier on weekends, there are spots to grab food, drink, snacks, etc. We put together a small “dine-in” feast which included fresh sliced meats, cheese, fruit, vegetables and more. Further, hotel staff kindly loaned us some needed cutlery which highlighted their hospitality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Basic Hotel Innsbruck and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay!

Clean and nice small hotel near old town. If you don't walk, the public transport station is in the front. Staff is friendly and helpful. They explain you about some interesting spots. Room size is good and beds are comfortable.

This is by no means of five star hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable and has automatic blackout blinds and air conditioning.

An excellent hotel, ideally located for access to Innsbruck's centre, or public transport to other areas. Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff, a very clean and comfortable room, and an excellent breakfast made for a very pleasant stay. We would highly recommend for travelers staying two or three nights - this property was excellent value for money.

It was a great time to enjoy Innsbruck to the fullest. The staff kindly guided me whatever I request. Breakfast was good.

Basic Hotel is a small but nice hotel in Innsbruck in which a very helpful staff will welcome you at your arrival. I guess this is typical for Austrian/Tyrolian public places; however, I find it essential for running a successful business. Prices are not exactly the cheapest you can find in Austria, but they are worth the experience. Will come back for sure when I will come back to Innsbruck. Best regards
