Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Unfortunately, I have to give this assessment. from the very beginning, it was in the room where we wanted to check in, allegedly broken pipes and we were asked to wait. we waited for about 2 hours and came to clarify again (for clarification, we arrived at 15 hours) At 17:00 we are told that a couple more minutes and it is ready. after these couple of minutes, we are told that we will have to wait until 21:00 in the evening. After a couple of arguments, we got a room. The rooms are ok, hard to say wow. our room probably had 3 beds originally, but there was no 3rd bed. there was just a hole and space for that very baby bed. The shower, unfortunately, did not work well. I would also like to ask the director to pay attention to the staff and their treatment of customers. On the first day, when we were delayed, we were given towels for the beach without any information. when we asked "and then what about the towels" we were told "leave them in the room". We used them for a couple of days and wanted to change them, and when we came up we were told that it can not be done, because it is not time to get new towels and it turns out they have rules on the issuance of towels. Then we gave towels and received cards for towels with the most strange questions from one of the employees. questions from the category of "who are you? What are you doing here?" the next day we came to get towels at about 13:00, to which we were told that they have rules for getting towels and they are not here now. Out of some sense of justice, we went to the front desk, where the girl said, "You should have read the writing on the wall." In response to any questions she said that it was our fault, that we could have been more attentive and that we could have learned the rules in 2 days. I am not talking about 70% of the dialog where the employee was clearly disinterested and rolled his eyes. In addition, there was an unpleasant situation with the sauna and hamam. We were told that free use of the spa from 12 to 14. We specifically waited for this time to go to the sauna. As a result we were told to wait at the entrance because there was a covered girl and we had to run from one place to another so that we did not see her. and it's like she "took" private time for herself. I respect her religion, but there should be equality here, because shared time is shared. The cab button was broken. We don't know why. But when you want to order a cab you are offered a VIP, with a surcharge of 100-150 liras. and if this VIP cab is not available, then calls a local. The entrance to the sea is normal, like everywhere else. Odaların temizliği, otelin konumu havuzu, yemekler herşey dört dörtlüktü. Tavsiye edilir. Ufak tefek eksiklikler vardı elbet onları işletmenin düzelteceğini umuyorum. Mesela ilk gün odaya su bıraktılar sonrasında su verilmedi odalarda tek kullanımlık terlikler yoktu. Haricen iyidiydi. Teşekkür ederiz

I’m very disappointed, the dor at balcon it was open and blocked, I couldn’t close it, the air conditioner as well ,doesn’t work, i had a chair in my room and it was broken, my shower as well , leaking on the floor. After every dinner they was making pictures at my food. I didn’t apply at the screen from the front door, but the cleaner,he still comes inside. And i was forced to go out allmost naked. The dj ,he had a bad attitude about our childs when they played at the pool. They will tell you “ all inclusiv” but you drink only juice mixed with water and poor beer. They didn’t change our towels. To expensive for what they offer. I do not recommend.

Pros: I absolutely loved how this hotel is run. The owner was always there to ensure guests are comfortable. The service was very warm and hospitable. Kubilay at Front desk was so helpful and always with a big smile! I signed up only for breakfast, which had a great selection of seasonal produce, many types of local cheeses, and hot dishes as well. Cons: not really an issue for me, but the pool was closed, because it was off season.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and all the stuff made our vacation unforgettable. From the first minute we felt very welcomed at the hotel and Darina from the reception help us with all special requests. She is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I also want to mention Salih who was making every day full of fun and different activities. The pool party was a great experience and every night we could enjoy different events that he organized. All the guys from the bar are super friendly and nice, always smiling and making so cozy atmosphere. We also liked the food, it was always delicious. It was so sad to leave, but I am sure we come back there next year. The people who works there make this place the best to stay in Turkey. Thank you very much to everybody for our vacation. We enjoyed it a lot!!

The best hotel! I was there with mom. We want to rest. Very nice hotel staff. Entertainment is provided in the evenings every day except Sunday. It’s very clean and pleasant there. The food was very good and varied. I recommend it to everyone!

I can highly recommend this hotel. It was one of my favourite vaccation, because of the family atmosphere which was there! Rooms were clean, food was tasty, swimming pool with free drinks was perfect on these scorching temperatures and the beach was nearby. And my favourite part - waiters, espacially Süleyman, Halil and Ferhat. Always friendly with smiles on their faces, helpful and they have learned some polish worlds to have better contact with us 😁 Best place to go!

We have had the lovliest holyday! Good atmosfphere for all the family, polite and professionel staff, clean and delicate rooms, traditional turkish food with all the lovely vegetables from the turkish kitchen. The poorest all inclusive met in 20 years of traveling in Turkey, very bad food selection, 5-6 dishes cooked without taste and without meat, only one dish with meat, cocktails are paid extra even if you have all inclusive, beer and alcohol are paid extra on their beach even though you have all inclusive, broken chairs at the pool, bad entertainment. Horrible beach with access through a miserable and unsanitary tunnel, entering the water is horrifying. Do not risk your life to enter the water, it is extremely dangerous, full of rocks and strong currents. In practice, you cannot swim in the sea. I am attaching some photos and a video so you can see what it is and what to expect if you choose this hotel.

Firstly, this hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly but not enough of them spoke English. The food was not worthy of all inclusive. Nothing was labelled so had no idea what many of the dishes were. Very limited menu, the same dishes were served up daily. If you want something that's on the menu, get there early cause when it's gone, it's not replenished. Breakfast consisted of things like potato wedges, fried vegetables, peppers, onions and others I didn''t recognise. There was nothing that Brits would recognise, no toast, sausage, beans, bacon etc. There were fried eggs available if you asked, boiled eggs were on offer every day. I got down to breakfast early one morning & saw the toaster was plugged in, that was a first, but the bread wasn't the kind I'd expect to have for breakfast. On that same morning, I saw 2 cereal options, some kind of oats & chocolate ball shapes. At every meal there was a salad bar & I was amazed at how many guests (from Russia, Germany, Poland & Romania) opted for that. The same desserts were offerred up each lunch time & teatime, still have no idea what they were as they were all shaped differently but were the same thing. There was always hot drinks available from a machine which was mainly coffee but also had hot chocolate, which I loved. There were pots of tea & tea bags available along with fruit juices, orange, apple, pineapple & cherry. The hotel location is awful; there is no nightlife nearby, no ammenities, shops, or cafes. The nightly 'entertainment' and I use that word lightly consisted of the things like the waiters, three of them, doing the Macarena followed by some traditional Turkish dancing. There was Karaoke a few nights & listening to that was like being stabbed in the eyes with hot needles. Furthermore, the 'entertainment' went on till about 11pm every night. Below our room there was a football pitch that was used religioulsy, till after midnight on most nights but apparently it's not owned by the hotel so no control over the schedule or noise from the players or the ref's whistle. Thankfully the room had blackout curtains so the floodlights weren't a problem. From our room, I could see the beach & the main road but as we weren't facing the main road/ beach we didn't have the traffic noise that went on all night, according to the one other British couple who were staying at the hotel & were at the front of the hotel. The nearest town is Alanya, it's convenient to get there on the local bus and doesn't take long, you can use your card to pay, it's about 25p to get there but be warned don't overrun your return bus stop or you could face a 2.5km walk back to the hotel, which we found to our cost in 34° temperatures. The bus does also get very crowded on the return journey, so beware of the close proximity of fellow passengers.
