Good location, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast and dinner. The room was perfectly clean and nice.

Its a really good environment here. Have many activities so that u have many things. The best thing is snow mobile hubting for aurora. Its such a wonderful experienced for me

這是我本次旅行最愛的酒店，沒有之一。雖然外面冰天雪地，但酒店餐廳和房間都非常温暖，餐廳裏還燒着暖烘烘的壁爐。餐廳早晚自助很好吃，晚餐實現了馬卡龍自由，味道不比法國🇫🇷差（從巴黎過來的）。房間裏空間比較寬敞，晚上躺在床上看極光太舒適浪漫了！森林環繞的寧靜小木屋，治癒人心。唯一有點麻煩就是浴室熱水15分鐘洗一波，帶孩子就要掐着時間洗。這次去處於極光大爆發，每天晚上都在床上欣賞接連不斷的極光，直至沉沉睡去……老公興奮地屋裡屋外地拍攝，也很方便。太愛這裏了！

픽업 서비스 필수인 곳..!! 저희는 신청안했어서 스키버스 시간 맞춰서 타고 갔어요! ㅎㅎ 썰매장 가는 날 돌아오면서 타면 딱 맞아가지구 운이 좋았습니다~ 전반적으로 너무 만족하고 빌리지 자체가 예뻐서 사진 계속 찍게 됩니다. 한국인분들도 많으시고 ㅎㅎㅎ 석식보다는 조식이 맛있구요, 오로라는 아쉽게도 구름이 많아서 못봤오요ㅠㅠ

이곳에 가기 위해 우리는 너무 고생스러운 시간을 보냈다. 사실, 조난 당하는 줄 알았다! 홀리데이 클럽에서 우린 걸어서 그곳에 갔다. 거리상으로는 멀지 않았으나 지도가 엉망진창이고 차도만 있어 인도를 찾다보니 우린 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 스노우 모빌이 지나가는 길을 가야햇다. 표지판은 안 보이고, 춥고, 가로등도 없고... 슬슬 눈이 감기고 이제 끝인걸까 싶을 때 겨우 도착했다. 석식과 조식은 맛있었다. 숙소도 아기자기하고 아늑했는데 다소 더웠다. 경험해볼만한 숙소! 하지만 간다면 반드시 픽업서비스를 이용하길. 차로 가니 4분 걸렸다.

一切的體驗都非常的美好，也幸運的在房間就能看到極光，服務人員也非常的友好，雪橇形式的行李車很有意思。

房間整體空間不大 躺床上是看不到極光的 還是得報團參加前台去看極光的活動 氛圍感還可以～

價錢合理員工服務一流，環境很好，看到北極光，房間面積較小，價錢合理包早餐及晚餐

Such a wonderful stay. Would stay longer if I had the chance. Great cabin and even better with lots of snow. Snow and northern lights all comes down to your luck - so when you’re lucky, you’ll have a perfect stay. Although almost a perfect stay, activities were a bit overpriced for what it is. Some are even quite underwhelming when comparing to the descriptions shown on the website. Food was great with great and cozy atmosphere.

We spent 5 nights at the Northern Lights Village and had an amazing time! The rooms- amazing rooms with windows that let you see the stars and Northern Lights from the comfort of your bed. The bathrooms could have been designed a bit better, but overall, the rooms had everything you'd need and it wad nice not having a TV so that you could focus on the sky at night. TIP: Try to get cabins 1-20 as the windows face the forrest so it's darker at night The staff- Extremely friendly and accommodating. The guides were all tons of fun (especially Diego, Maxim, Marcelo, and Katie). Front desk staff was also very nice! The experiences- Overall, tons of fun and educational. Some of our favorites were the fat bikes (day and night tours), hiking, day tour to Nellim, and the aurora hunting at the lake and the border. The hiking with huskies was also fun but beware that since these are retired working dogs, they do tend to pull and want to go at a fast pace. They were extremely cute and fun to be with though. We saw the Northern Lights 3 of the 5 nights, with the last night being amazing. The climate changes constantly, so we had a few completely clear days and then cloudy nights, but then a clear patch would open up for 15 minutes and we'd see the lights. TIP: The Northern Lights are unpredictable, so as much as we wanted to see them, we had downplayed our own expectations so that we could enjoy the entire trip and not be stressed out about the Lights. We were surprised and delighted!

We spent 5 nights here in early November. We were lucky to have some snow when we arrived and to see the northern lights. Cabin was bigger than we thought it would be and was nice and toasty. We were on the back row (1-20) so had an uninterrupted view of the woods. Food was good for a buffet. You have to request housekeeping during your stay, which we felt was a bit of a cop out to be fair. Our tips and thoughts: 1. The alcohol shop Alko in Saariselkä closes quite early and isn’t open every day so check online. Try the bar in town , Panimo, and there is a little takeaway and sit in place opposite that does great burgers. 2. We were disappointed with the experiences given the price. We booked the Border Camp and Husky safari trips. For the money I wouldn’t say they weren’t worth it, but none of the tour places in town were open as peak season hadn’t started. We ended up in a jeep being pulled by the huskies as it wasn’t deep enough snow for the sledge and too snowy for the wheeled sledge. We would have liked for the hotel staff to have told us of this in advance as we would have chosen a different trip instead, as it just felt like we were driving behind the dogs. Similarly with the border trip, it would be good if there was some sort of information sharing or activities in the event that the lights aren’t visible ( like for us) otherwise you are just sitting about in a teepee in the dark. The guides really just take you there and back they don’t give you any history, background etc. most guides are not Finnish either so they probably don’t have the knowledge to do that. Would make the trip more worth the money especially if you don’t see the lights - which understandably can’t be guaranteed. We didn’t learn anything about Finnish culture or finish Russian relations on the Border trip with was a shame. 3. The suana facilities aren’t available as an open session for guests to use free of charge alongside other guests, €100 for 60mins is expensive if it’s just the two of you. 4. Recommend getting a taxi to Kiilopää for the sauna and river dip there, it was amazing. A really helpful Finnish guy on reaction helped us book the taxis and the taxi company was great too. 5. Everything in Finland is very punctual, if you are asked to arrive early, arrive early. 6. The “my aurora forecast and alerts’ app is way better than the app you get via the hotel. On some occasions we had lights activity for well over half an hour before the hotel app alarm went off. We used both apps and this app never let us down. All in, we really enjoyed our stay in Northern Lights Village, a few tweaks could have made it perfect.

The area was peaceful and serence surrounded by nature. The cabins had everything you needed to be comfortable and yet see the outdoors and feel part of the outside. We were able to see the auraoura borealis from our cabin during our stay. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the hearty breakfast and dinner buffet.
