Primasol Hane Garden Hotel

Clean quality hotel, we arrived early season. The food is off good quality, good location to the beach. The hotel guests were German, though wasn’t a issue for us. For English guests very few staff speak English, and non At reception, but the hotel relation manage speaks perfect English.

Thank god i only had to stay 1 night at this terrible hotel. We check in with My wife and 2 Kids, its really hot outsite and we just want to hop in the pool, but Even though there wasn't many People in the pool, we could not find Any sunbeds. The staff is not help full at All, our room was so noisy it was right next to the elevator, i Even called reception in the night and he Said your only staying for 1 night so he cant help me. For your own good stay away..

Hotel was really nice & clean with two nice size pools, sunbeds were hard to come by as most had been saved even you wouldn't see anyone using them most of the day, which was frustrating. Room was a nice size & clean we stayed in a Maisonette which had an upstairs & a ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was good so was lunch. Evening meal was really good with lots of choices. We did find it hard to communicate with the staff as most staff spoke broken English,as the hotel had mainly Turkish German & Russian tourists staying at the hotel,we were the only British family staying which wasn't a problem for us,but some people might not like it. Entertainment was mainly in German so we only went too two shows but both were good. Overall we had a really good stay at the hotel

We stayed in the older part of the hotel which heavily needs some renovations. I would give the hotel four stars from the turkish point of view and three stars from the european point of view. Meal was fine but a bit repetitive after few days. Pools are nice, sea is a bit furthe (ca 5 minutes). Animation programs are ok.

This is a hard review as the hotel was good the staff were friendly and helpful the food was good and varied. The rooms were clean there was a bus to take you to the beach which was lovely and food there with beds and cushions. A couple of bad things was our room was too noisy and there were never any pool beds left as they were taken up by people saving them very early all day and never using them. I went to the pool and actually saw most of the beds just with towels on but never used and also people taking more beds than needed or for a tshirt or shoes. unfortunately loveholidays who I booked via. Disgusting. Should not be advertising this holiday at all for English people. This hotel is not for English people. Only 1 member of staff spoke English and she struggled. We were the only English family. The entertainment was only in German and having a 4 year old this made it very hard work as she couldn’t understand the staff and they didn’t speak English they only spoke German. We tried to put her into the mini club but it wasn’t any good any she couldn’t communicate with them or they with her. Overall a very very disappointing holiday that was supposed to be a family holiday which was not fun for her or us. Our room overlooked the pool bar which was a disaster we asked to have a new room but got told it was only once a week but they just said that as they couldn’t understand us they would just laugh. as it was karaoke night which was just ridiculous as all jn German chanting shouting till 2 am again trying to get a 4 year old to sleep is not good. The karaoke was on twice I. A week and the loud chanting and shouting in German was awful. In fact parts of the hotel had only German writing no English. One evening during the children entertainment they called out to ask anyone from Germany anyone from Poland. But England wasn’t even mentioned. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who isn’t from Germany. It ruined our holiday as we couldn’t join in or understand anything we didn’t know when anything was on there were no lists of activities. So I have the hotel a 4 star as it’s not their fault it’s all German. But they need to re think the room allocation for people with young families. Also the pool situation. I was waiting for my taxi home at 4 am in the lobby I saw 3 different men going to the pool to put their towels on the pool beds. This explains why there were never any beds available. Disgusting and selfish people. I would not go here again or recommend it.

Well here we are at day 5 and the service we have had at this hotel is Sxxx and we've got another 9 days here God help me this hotel's staff and management are useless nobody speaks English enough to even ask for a drink or even to see the hotel manager who does work at night so I'll give all ENGLISH PEOPLE DON'T COME HERE YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME I would score this shxx hole 0/10f or everything including food which is for German or Russian people so beware and stay a million miles away from this place

ОТЛИЧНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ, ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ ОТДЫХ! были в 23 году и едем в 24. Очень хорошее и качественное питание. везде чистота. пляж очень хороший и чистый. прекрасное расположение отеля. рядом магазинчики и кафе. Персонал приветливый и ненавязчивый. Всем хорошего отдыха

Прямо посреди отдыха начали штукатурить и красить потолок в нашем номере над кроватью в наше отсутствие, жесть, даже не знали что так возможно, на ресепшн сказали что это вынужденная мера, но никакой вынужденной меры не было, небыло никакого потопа ничего, просто турки решили устроить ремонт в заселенном номере

Побывав в Турции и в 5 и в 4, скажу одно, это добротная бюджетная 5. Да, может мебель и ремонт староваты, но все чисто и аккуратно. До моря пешком 3-5 мин или автобусом. Уборка ежедневная отличная. Питание разнообразное и очень вкусное: мясо, рыба, шашлыки, гриль, гарниры на любой вкус, овощи, фрукты, выпечка. Единственный минус, наверное, по крепкому алкоголю, выбор маловат. А так, пиво и вино вкусное. Горки для детей и взрослых, 2 больших бассейна, батут и детская площадка с качелями и т.д. На пляже новые лежаки. Пляж шикарный с пологим входом и меленьким песочком. Для детей просто класс! Официанты оперативны. Большая часть отдыхающих это немцы.
