The cats belong to the hotel, they are all vaccinated and neutered and, if necessary, treated by a veterinarian with whom the hotel cooperates. There are special feeding stations for this on the hotel grounds and guests should under no circumstances feed the animals with leftover food at the table or even take them into their rooms.However, we are sorry that we did not manage to meet all your expectations. We are an internationally operating hotel and offer all nationalities the same service and hospitality. Since German guests are our main target group, that does not mean we prefer them over other nationalities. We treat all our guests equally.Concerning your comment about the internet having to be paid in the rooms, kindly be informed that it is mentioned in all online brochures and hotel catalogues of the travel companies we cooperate with that free Wi-Fi is available at the reception, lobby area and all public places (e.g. Swimming pool, lagoons and beach) and that in the room it is only available against extra charge .Nevertheless, we ask you to accept our apologies, if you have experienced any poor service. Such behavior definitely does not meet our standards and will not be tolerated in any way towards our guests. We wish you all the best for your future and hope you stay healthy.
