Amazing place to chills. The nature and sound of river is very peacefully. Good job for receptionist that give the best service.

Well maintained hotel in the nature park with a beautiful jungle restaurant. The lodges only come with separate beds but we were able to move them together. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Kitty came to visit every day. Highly recommended!

Pros: spacious wooden lodge located right at the entrance of the kinabalu park with private parking. We sleep to the sound of the river and wake up to the chirping of the birds and insects. Lodge is very cosy and has 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Friendly staff and attentive service throughout our stay. Convenient and stratetic location to enjoy the park to the fullest (orchid garden, butterfly farm, hiking, hot spring, canopy walk were all really fun). Breakfast was buffet style, simple but sufficient. Cons: linens had some stains on them. No aircon in living room and the old fan was only spinning at the lowest speed even though we set it to full speed. It gets quite hot during noon time. Master bedroom fan and bathroom's hair dryer were not functioning. Curtains were not blackout type and room gets very bright as soon as sun comes out. Need to purchase separate tickets to go into the kanabalu park and the other activities inside. Overall experience was good. Just hope management can do something about the faulty items because room rate isn't cheap and guests deserve to enjoy all amenities in perfect working condition to make the stay more enhoyable and memorable.

The staffs are nice and the hotel is clean! Located next to the main attractions of Poring, the hotel provide a pleasant stay for the night. Note that you will have to share the living area and washroom with other people living in the facility.

It was an enjoyable stay. All staff were polite and professional. The rooms were clean and all amenities were worthwhile.

The room is spacious and well maintained. The service of the hotel is awesome , warmly welcome by every staffs. The area has a lot of places to visit, but need to pay the entrance fee at the gate.

Accommodation was excellent but it should have booked together with private pool.

We enjoy the stay in nature. There is no wifi but our own phone internet is working fine. We came with own car as it is distantly located from ranau town or kundasang. The cleanliness is great, beddings are comfortable.

Room superB with clean & complete toiletries provided, water pressure is good & have water heater. Great location, nearby to hot springs Poring & others outdoor activities. Environment at night really quite & more privacy.. Relaxation at its best. We Definitely want to come back again Stay here SSL! Xo~

Excellent stay. Recommended if you want to enjoy poring hotspring. It was quite expensive but with the house facility it is worth it. Definitely will come again.
