Great location, in the shoppings and nearby West Lake. Beds are comfortable. Nice boutique hotel. But they don’t have non-smoking room choice. Every room has an ash tray. We got a strong smoked room at first, and luckily has available room to change and it did not have smoked smell. Shower is great, good water pressure and hot enough to release tireless. But toilet still has slight smell of pee.

Very convenient location right on the pedestrian shopping area and close to multiple restaurants/eateries. Large, quiet and clean rooms although sometimes you could smell the smoke from adjacent rooms. Washer/dryer was an added bonus amenity.

Fantastic hotel. Value for money. Lots of food and shopping just right outside the hotel. Everything clean. A short walk to Westlake. A good area to explore

Location is fair but need a bit of walking to the main walling street. Sell 情趣用品in the room. The air conditioner button is not easily visible need to find hard for it.

Cheermayhotel huizhou city west lake is a good choice for travellers to huizhou city. Its cleanliness is generally good. Location is great. It is located at the huizhou city west lake pedestrian street, which is a tourist area. A 5 min walk will bring you to within sight of the westlake, while a 10 min walk will bring you to Shuidong pedestrian street, another key tourist area of Huizhou city. However, tourists who drive, have mobility issues or carry heavy luggages might do well to take note that there’s a 5 min walk to the hotel from any vehicle. Large cabs is also hard to come by in the city. Breakfast add on is recommended , though you should expect very limited choices and only 1 to 2 changes are made every day. Not much amenities in the hotel other than a laundry room, which comes with a dryer.

來西湖看花燈啦！帶着家裡人一起來看花燈，太漂亮了，酒店樓下就是美食街，還在附近街上看到小時候古老玩意，看到小時候媽媽用的這款老古董麪油，還有小時候的那些各種小吃，太方便了，價格還不貴，住在這種地方出遊方便了不用搭車到處跑了，吃飯，逛街，欣賞風景一次過，太喜歡了，下次還要來🥰🥰

地點：非常好，在步行街裏，逛街方便，對面是西湖，旁邊是朝天門，裏合江樓也很近。 房間：面積較小，窗子也小，一個人還可以，2人就覺得有點擁擠，可能是老房子的原因。 衞生：室內大部分是地毯，收拾的也乾淨，但是穿着拖鞋走在沒有地毯的地方咯吱響感覺黏腳，不知道是不是地面材質的問題。

酒店的位置非常好，就在步行街裏面，周邊全是好吃好玩的。酒店前台妹妹非常不錯，服務周到。酒店房間不大但是小而精緻。都是智能化設備，適合我這種懶人，直接讓小度關窗簾關燈哈哈哈哈。房間很乾凈，床很軟。酒店還很貼心的準備了卸粧巾和耳塞，考慮的很周到。

早餐太少了……特地9點多起床 下去一看都沒有什麼玩意 現做湯粉什麼的都沒有 寥寥無幾 還是週末～ 不要買早餐了 還不如自己出去吃 鬧心

設施：全部設施可智能化語音操控，很方便，但智能門鎖ㄧ值無法用藍芽開起，衹能用ㄧ次性手動密碼 衞生：不錯 環境：酒店旁就是派出所，很安心，樓下就是商業步行街和菜市場，再往前走ㄧ點就是西湖，另ㄧ邊是朝京門，酒店到了晚上10點多就很安靜了，商業街基本就關了，隔音牆相比其他3星酒店厚ㄧ點，為ㄧ美中不足的是房內中央空調聲音太響 服務：有禮

設施：這個酒店開門是用手機小程序開的，還挺不錯，就是空調在手機上開不行，還要面板上操作才行、晚上7點多工作人員還霸佔洗衣房洗工作服，洗衣機和烘乾機都在用！ 衞生：大堂、走道房間都乾淨 服務：還行，不是很熱情。 停車是公共的，停車要等，每天報銷上限15元

房間不錯，很新的設施，小度智能服務，房間衞生打掃乾淨，環境幽雅舒適，服務理念好，特別表揚前台的小雨小姐姐，很熱情，工作認真細緻
