Simple and bare bone. What else would you expect? The rooms are quite dim even with lights on. Near metro station so it's convenient.

The room I was given was really good. The bed was comfortable and well made. What stood out to me was the way I was treated by the employees (Faiyaz & Jeff). Both were ready help with my concerns and made me feel good about making this booking. All in all it’s a great experience.

Faiyaz was absolutely brilliant helping us with the pushchair, he went above and beyond. Definitely needs some recognition Shshdkskskddkdkdjfjfjddjdjdjdjdjdjdjdjdjdjddjfjfjfjfjfjfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkfkffkjjjjj

Secure Parking underneath complex, £12 for 24 hours. Staff on check in were very friendly and accommodating . Stayed in room 172 which was quiet and very big. Only small ****** was no plug sockets by the bed. Breakfast was good and the managers were very friendly and stopped at our table to ask how our stay was. We visited sealife and Lego discovery which were no more than a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is next to a cinema , bowling , climbing centre. Bar with crazy golf. We stayed on a Thursday and it was quite probably busier at weekend. Would definitely stay again.

15 min walk to Utilita Arena. I booked prior to purchasing concert tickets and got the room really cheap. Located in a complex with restaurants and bars. Parking £12 for 24hours. Our room was situated the road side of building and experienced some traffic noise, but didn’t bother us. You know what you’re getting with a Travelodge! Bar and restaurant also onsite. Thank you Juliette for your warm welcome when we checked in.

The receptionist was very accommodating and ready to assist. Housekeeping needs to improve. They didnt clean the room and all replaced towels. no cups replaced and then used our toilet as well. so i am unhappy with that.

It was great. The staff were lovely. The place was very clean. Great service too. And everyone was so welcoming. I had a good time. The room was very clean, so was the bathroom. And the bed was so comfortable. The location is more than amazing too. Everything is around you. I enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Broadway Plaza.

This Travelodge is clean, tidy and in good decorative order. The only 'odd' smell (referencing other reviews) was extremely subtle and only detected by my 20 year old son, who said it was probably an air freshener of some kind. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. Only slight downside was only honey or apricot jam (no strawberry or raspberry jam etc) - not sure if this was just a supply issue they were having at time of our stay. Beds were comfortable (more on the firm side). Didn't notice any noise disturbances. All in all a good value stay.

The staff are friendly and lovely. Nice chats and recommendations. Brilliant little hotel. We couldn't fault anyone or anything.

Really loved staying here. So many positives and not just value for money. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was tasty and great selection. I would stay here again in a minute.
