Food was ok, buffet a bit expensive. Gym area a bit far. Everything is quite clean.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

5 star service and location with ocean views. Great for families and couples.

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

This place is great, especially if you want to go to Ocean Park since they usually have packaged deals with free shuttle. Hotel sits on bill, so can’t really explore Hualien city but hotel itself is complete with all facilities for kids

超級無底讚！ 很舒服的住宿環境、飯店很多設施讓小孩放電，飯店人員對小朋友很友善有活力💖 小孩有放電到長輩有放鬆到，非常滿意這次住宿及遊玩的行程！ 飯店贈送的海洋公園票券也是非常物超所值！

早餐非常不錯，種類也很多。 整體是花蓮最TOP的酒店，就在山邊上，旁邊也有海洋公園，非常給力的 環境主打歐式風格，都乾乾淨淨的，泳池很不錯，可以看到太平洋

房間很大很舒適，設施不錯可以盡情的讓小孩放電👍 泳池有室外跟室內不怕下雨，還有一池適合小小孩的溫水泳池👍👍距離遠雄樂園不遠還有接駁車，自助式早餐多樣化

遠雄改裝後環境不錯很放鬆，晚上可以去酒吧喝酒🍺聊天放鬆，天氣好～這位置看海很美 方便有接駁車 只是離市區便利商店有段距離～推薦喜歡看來或單純想住飯店放鬆旅行的人

大廳一整個氣派，接待人員也非常nice 還幫我們把行李送到房間，服務超貼心 另外飯店的餐點真的很推，也太好吃了，選擇又多樣，用餐環境非常舒服，一定會在去的飯店
