This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour.

convenient location, making it easy to explore the area around and metro just a min walk. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout; room was exceptionally clean and comfortable bed; the food at the bar was good, great flavors and atmosphere.

I had a great stay. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back again.

Đây là một khách sạn hiện đại đẹp. Dễ dàng di chuyển từ tàu điện ngầm và sân bay. Chỉ mất 30 phút đi tàu điện ngầm vào trung tâm Madrid từ khách sạn. Phòng tốt, vấn đề duy nhất là gối hơi mỏng và cửa sổ khó mở trừ khi bạn nhét thứ gì đó vào đó nhưng đó chỉ là những vấn đề rất nhỏ và tôi rất vui khi được ở lại đây một lần nữa.

Một khách sạn rất độc đáo, tọa lạc tại vị trí thuận tiện gần khu thương mại, phòng ốc sạch sẽ và không mùi. Dịch vụ chu đáo và tận tình, tỷ lệ giá cả/hiệu suất cao. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại! Mỗi tầng đều rất độc đáo.
