Had a cockroach in the room one morning. The property is older and showing its age.

Worst property we have stayed in for a long time. 1980s YMCA equivalent.

The window does not seal, and you can hear every car drive by at night. They also overcharged me $500 over ******* listed price.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. It is older but clean and comfortable. It is in walking distance of everything in Waikiki. Great hotel for the money.

Too many hidden fees. For a room that’s 130.00, you will end up paying about 500.00 dollars at check in. From parking pass fee, Room additional fee and etc. I do not recommend. I won’t be back.

Positive: friendly and helpful staff, beach towels csn be borrowed, beach chairs can be borrowed, DVDs can be rented. Negative: the rooms are badly in need of updating. The area surroundung the hotel is rather loud. Rooms are only cleaned every third day.

Saw many reviews about noise within the hotel. We didn't hear a thing the entire trip, other than some occasional construction noise outside. Room was small but comfortable. It's Hawaii, how.much time do you spend in your room anyway? 😁

Location was central to many amenities such as bus services, a food market, the beach, good restaurants, the zoo and others. Stayedcthere several days. Great value. Knowledgeable staff.

Have stayed here twice now and both times staff have been very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the convenience of this hotel, its walkable to a lot of places around.

Property was safe and clean! Nice views and staff was attentive and friendly. Never had an issue during our stay. Easy walk to everything. Definitely will be coming back. Mahlo🌺
