Phòng không lớn nhưng sạch sẽ. Tiện nghi hơi cũ. Máy sấy tóc được cố định trong ngăn kéo. Cảm giác như sản phẩm của những năm 1970 và 1980. Tuy nhiên, nó thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển. tàu điện ngầm ở bên cạnh. Đi đến Đảo Lantau cũng ở gần đó. Các cửa hàng tiện lợi và nhà hàng trà rất ngon.

My stay was fantastic! Staff was accommodating as well, appreciate the hospitality!

Arrived from a long flight and went to bed shortly after arrival. With we woke up we noticed quite a few things. The wallpaper was sagging and split open above the bed, the furnishings were in terrible condition with cracks all over the edges, the bathroom had a broken string pull chain, carpeting was filthy, even the tv remote was so old that you could not read the numbers on the key pad. The worse was the moldy grout in the shower and in the VENTING SYSTEM. It was so unhealthy that the sprinkler above the vent had mold growing on it. It looks like it hasn’t been refurbished for at least 20 years. When I explained the situation to the general manager, he said he would “ look into it.” I didn’t realize that all night long we were breathing in moldy air that may jeopardize our health. Overall, it was one night, and would definitely not stay again at this hotel. We are not sure how this hotel was “highly” rated.

So convenient to do business with airlines at the airport and at the Citygate One offices. Direct access to the shopping mall is a plus for fooding and leisure while the co-located Tung Chung metro line and numerous bus lines make it easy to travel around and to go downtown Hong Kong (Kowloon station). And if you have time, the cable car is within a 5 minutes walk for a unique experience.

Suitable for transiting thru airport or disneyland travellers. We even went back to hotel from disneyland halfway as it is so near via train. Worth the price I think. Hotel not as old as we thought, and more spacious than I thought.

The facilities are a little bit old, so they need to update the decloration so that they have a competitive other new hotel because their location is good. Thank you for the services.

Novotel is always good 👍🏼 even though it's not new and the design is old-fashioned. The location is great. The room is spacious. The breakfast is as it should be in a hotel. There's only one drawback - why is it so dark in the corridor?

Quite convenient location. Shuttle bus to the airport. Nice pool area, but half of the day it's in shadow. For 150$ US per night, furniture is too old, room needs renovation.

Friendly and accommodating staff especially those at the front desk. clean and spacious room. We availed of their dinner buffet and it is worth the price. Very convenient if you want to do some shopping since it’s just an escalator ride from the mall.
