Vị trí thuận tiện, mọi thứ đều có thể đi bộ đến. Phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ (nhìn trong ảnh có vẻ rộng hơn). Phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh trong cùng một phòng nhỏ. Cửa sổ trong phòng nhìn ra hành lang, điều này rất tốt, chúng tôi không nghe thấy bất kỳ tiếng ồn nào từ đường phố. Phòng sạch sẽ và không có mùi. Nhân viên thân thiện. Chúng tôi ở lại 3 đêm và từ chối dọn phòng, vì vậy khăn tắm trong phòng đã được thay theo yêu cầu của chúng tôi. Khách sạn này rất thuận tiện nếu bạn đến tham quan thành phố và chỉ nghỉ qua đêm. Ấn tượng về kỳ nghỉ là tốt. Cảm ơn đội ngũ nhân viên vì sự nhiệt tình và hiếu khách!

Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng khách sạn cho đêm đầu tiên ở Việt Nam. Chuyến bay của chúng tôi đến Hà Nội lúc 5 giờ sáng và chúng tôi đã yêu cầu được làm thủ tục sớm hơn. Thật không may, chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận được câu trả lời. Khi đến khách sạn, chúng tôi được biết rằng sớm nhất thì phải đến 11 giờ sáng chúng tôi mới nhận được phòng, nhưng chúng tôi có thể cất ba lô ở lối vào. Khi chúng tôi trở lại lúc 11 giờ sáng, phòng của chúng tôi vẫn chưa sẵn sàng. Khoảng mười một giờ rưỡi, chúng tôi nhanh chóng mang đồ đạc lên lầu. Chúng tôi cũng không thể nhận được bất kỳ thông tin nào về các chuyến tham quan vì nhân viên hầu như không nói được tiếng Anh. Thật không may, chúng tôi chỉ phát hiện ra nấm mốc trong phòng vào buổi tối. Tất nhiên là chúng tôi không thể đổi chỗ được nữa và lễ tân thì hành động như thể họ không hiểu chúng tôi. Mọi góc đều có nấm mốc và chúng tôi không thể bật điều hòa. Cả đêm khá ồn ào vì khách sạn nằm ở giữa phố cổ. Bữa sáng rất ít và cả hai chúng tôi đều bị vấn đề về dạ dày sau đó. Chúng tôi sẽ không giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bất kỳ ai, thậm chí chỉ một đêm.

Đây là khách sạn bình dân được dân du lịch ba lô ưa chuộng. Tuy nhiên, ở đây không có ký túc xá nên không có du khách nào đi một mình. Đây là một tòa nhà cao tầng, đặc trưng của Việt Nam, và không có thang máy nên n*** cả những phòng ở tầng trên bạn cũng phải đi cầu thang bộ. Quầy lễ tân, khu vực ăn sáng và phòng chờ đều ở tầng một nên khá chật chội. Các phòng đều cũ và bạn có thể nghe thấy tiếng ồn từ khu vực trung tâm thành phố n*** cả vào ban đêm. Nếu bạn thấy khó chịu vì tiếng ồn, bạn có thể chọn một khách sạn yên tĩnh hơn.

Golden Time Hostel 3 set the perfect tone for our entire Northern Vietnam adventure. The receptionist, Thuc, and the incredibly friendly manager, Mr. Tony, went above and beyond to help us settle in and thoroughly plan our trip. I had been in contact with Thuc since September, after booking the hostel. He was extremely helpful in explaining everything and confirming my booking. They arranged a luxury van to pick us up from the airport at a minimal cost, and that experience led us to hire a luxury van for our roundtrip journey to Sapa. It was a last-minute request, but Mr. Tony managed to arrange it seamlessly. It was a delight. Unfortunately, due to our limited time in Hanoi and Sapa, we couldn't stay longer at their hostel. I would highly recommend this hostel to everyone. The top-notch service and hospitality were amazing and unforgettable. The hostel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to any destination. Cafe Giang is just a few steps away. It was definitely a memorable experience and a perfect first day in Hanoi. Note: The hostel is quite small, and there are no elevators, so be prepared to navigate stairs with your luggage. This wasn't an issue for us, as the service and hospitality were exceptional.

I booked this hotel because it got good ratings in TA, and had nice photos both in TA and other hotel booking sites, and thought it was very good value for what it offered. I took the 23 dollar room -- quite cheap actually, but I should have known better. Have stayed elsewhere in Hanoi for a few dollars more and had excellent experience (unfortunately no rooms were available anymore for the late booking i made), so I thought it would be comparable. Wrong. And here are my photos to prove it. Service was okay, staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the quiet in the room (aircon was surprisingly very quiet), room and bathroom were very clean, bed mattress and pillows were good (didn't have breakfast there, so could not comment). Nothing, however, to rave about as most reviews here seem to. Perhaps they have rooms indeed which were much better than mine, still there is some deception because they never show in any photo (in any booking site) the smaller, basic rooms with uneven floors and walls, horrible wardrobe, and the cramped bedroom/bathroom. It makes me wonder if those photos of nice, large, luxurious-looking bedrooms they show are in this hotel at all. Still, for a few hours of stay (which was my case), it is not bad overall.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a cool and quiet spot in the middle of the action! We couldn't believe how quiet our room was while being literal steps away from "beer street". The staff were warm and helpful, making us feel especially welcome. The rooms are simple but clean. Would definitely stay again!

I had such a wonderful stay with the golden hostel 3! Especially with Juli, she gave me wonderful advice on where to eat and what to see during my stay in Hanoi! She showed me a beautiful temple and delicious local deserts. She was also able to reccomend high quality excursions, such as our spa day, and was able to provide fair and affordable prices. Even got a free upgrade on my room upon arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if I ever find myself back in Hanoi. A wonderful experience for sure!

We actually stayed at Golden Wings 2 Hotel (which is just opposite the original Golden Wings Hotel, (in the same Street and I believe they share the same staff). We were very pleased with our stay. We booked for a week, and during our stay became very friendly with all the members of staff. Steven in particular, helped us plan our side trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. The staff were always interested in how your day was when you came in at night, and asked if we slept well each morning at breakfast. It is in a fantastic location, in the old quarter, near all the best eats and markets. They recommended the "New Day" cafe across the road, where we ended up eating quite a number of times as it was so good, always jammed full of people, but they made room for everyone and the service and taste was fab. After reading someone elses review on tripadvisor we booked the top floor, which was quiet and gave us great views up and down the street. The breaky each day was always plentiful and varied and delicious, and accompanied by friendly chats from the staff. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated like a friend in a busy city!! PS: On our trip to Sapa, we met alot of people who didn't seem to get the same level of service from their hotel staff as we did, in all our connections to and from the train station etc....I think we did really well..Well done Golden Wings 2 staff!!

We spent two weeks on and off in between tours at the Golden Wings II Hotel. This was the best stay I've had in a hotel. The highlight was the friendly and welcoming staff. What amazing people. I feel privileged to have spent time with them all and very sad to leave. We stayed in three different rooms. Each of them was spacious and comfortable. The rooms were quiet with good air conditioning. The hotel is central to most things and located within walking distance of a lot of attractions. There are great restaurants just across the road. The hotel breakfast was lovely with a good variety to choose from each day. Our tours and outings were organised by the staff along with transport to and from the airport and train station. I will definitely return there one day and highly recommend this place.

Together with my family, we went to Hanoi last May 12, 2016. We decided to book this hostel because of the price and location. We arrived at early in the morning and they let us in, leave our things, and roamed around the city. When we came back they let us have an early check-in. The owner and the staffs are very friendly. They would cater to all your needs. We also booked our tours in the reception of the hostel. They would give you the best deals. The room we booked is a family room for four. In the room there are two queen beds, small fridge, flatscreen TV, toilet, and shower. Unfortunately the balcony is locked but still okay because we didn't spend that much time in our room anyways. The beddings are fixed everyday but I am not sure if they really clean the whole room since some parts are really dusty. The breakfast is quite nice. A big piece of bread and you can choose which spread or omelette you want. The hostel doesn't have a cafe or restaurant. They only serve breakfast but you can have FREE fruits and coffee or tea the whole day. After 4 nights of stay, we went back to the Philippines. We also booked our airport transfer in the hostel. The pros in this hostel was the friendly owner and staffs, room size, price of rooms, booking of ticket and tours in the reception, and free breakfast. The cons are cleanliness and small breakfast area. Overall our stay was really good and we enjoyed our stay in Hanoi.
