The hotel has no idea how to operate. They do have a the basic services a hotel should provide (Laundry). Fo mot know the basic etiquettes of hygiene. Provided brown colored water with a stink for tea; had bad milk served with flakes; the team member used his bare hands when requested for some edible ice cube; repeated the same after discussed this issue with management for refilling the flakes the next day. The mini fridge has foul odor.

I liked the hotel. Chandan, front office manager was very helpful recomend this place to solo and family trip. Any one looking for a decent and safe place with great ambience should visit . They have a roof top resturant which adds to it's brilliance.

Rooms are Hygienic and clean,,, Room service is really good, Professional staff make your experience really pleasant. Food is also good,,, I was there for 3 days for professional work and my experience was really good with the hotel and im very much satisfied.

It's nice experience with Maplewood.. food is good... Service is also on time.. near and clean.. location is good.. breakfast was very good.. room size beds are of good quality.. I had shared room with my bestie... Welcome drink was very tasty 🤤... Thank you 🙏

Very nice hotel and reasonable rates with all the facilities. We, a group of 19 people, family and friends stayed for three nights. Very polite, helping and courteous staff. Would like to appreciate Mr Khan and Mr Kundan and the entire staff too for their profesional and very helping nature. Definitely recommend. Thanks

My sister and myself had a nice comfortable stay for 1 night at the hotel. Courteous and smiling staff, tasty food, spacious rooms, positive ambience were all the good points about the hotel. Keep up the good work. All the best!! Thankyou!!

Amazing place to be! I highly recommend this place for families. Very warm and friendly staff. Mr.Sarwar is specially very professional and courteous. We had a great time and will visit again in the near future. Genuine hospitality and very nice set up.

We were provided with everything we needed. e.g. The staff was polite, provided us the powerplug on our demand. The room was well cleaned and sanitized properly. AC was properly working and reception was very responsive to our demands. special thanks to gm sir for warm welcome
