Sảnh sảnh rộng và thoải mái. Lần này không nhằm mục đích tham quan nên không gian như phòng chờ hạng thương gia với wifi miễn phí và dịch vụ đồ uống rất hữu ích. Cảm ơn bạn cho các nhân viên thân thiện.

Đó là một khách sạn rất thoải mái. Họ tử tế và đối xử với tôi bằng sự tôn trọng. Vị trí rất tốt, n*** cạnh ga JR Hakodate. Xe điện cũng ở gần đó Căn phòng cũng đẹp. Bạn có thể nhìn thấy Mashumaru từ cửa sổ.

No USB ports in the room shows that this hotel is dated. Poor design makes the room space inefficient.  Redeeming Factors: Location is good, many nice spots in the hotel to gather in groups. Fun sports area.

Close to train station and morning fish market lot of restaurants around the corner

The breakfast has little choices. We did not book the buffet dinner as we would like to try other local authentic food. Room a bit rundown. The hot bath pool need renovation as we can see the pool flooring is coated with stains. Need to pay for hot spring tax which this was not made known during booking.

Location is near JR. Nearby many convenience stores, walking distance to Fish Market. Hotel is a little ageing, breakfast is excellent with a bayview! Internet connection is perfect.

I recently stayed at Hotel Resol Hakodate during a trip to Hakodate, Japan, and I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast, which was simply delicious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and Western- style dishes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelets, the crispy bacon, and the perfectly cooked rice. The coffee was also excellent, which is always a plus in my book.

Nice to stay but no air-conditioning when staying, only heating.

The hotel is located close to Hakodate JR station and Hakodate city tram station. The room is big and spacious. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a lot of Japanese and Hokkaido dishes. The milk is a must try, rich and sweet.

Breakfast is very good healthy food. Room clean, Reception nice and can speak English.

Location of the hotels very nice and convenient. Close to the Hakodate Station and the morning market. Outside the hotel is the tram station which people can take the tram for sight seeing easily. The best thing that I can mention here is the breakfast. The breakfast is excellent. There are a lot of food including see fresh milk form local form, seafood and ...... amazing!! The hotel also provide free parking as well.

Location is 5 stars! It’s very close to the fish market and the JR station. During check in, the front desk staff gives me the make up remover + face cleanser travel kit which are super helpful!! Downside is the sound proofing is not very good, I can be wakened up by the coughing sound next door and some banging noises as the wall is very thin. The hotel does not provide housekeeping service if you stay less than 4 nights, and they need you to clear the trash which is not very nice.
