Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Service was good and staff were helpful. Breakfast was great. My only gripe is that the guest laundry is eye wateringly more expensive than any other motel I have stayed in.

The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.

The smell from the purina plant can be strong during different times of the day and the hotel is 8 minutes from all the bars and restaurants downtown . It’s a new and clean facility and probably one of the nicer hotels compared to the others

For some reason, I was told breakfast is up to 9am only, it is earlier closing compare with all other hotels at the same level. Other than that, it was all good.

Hotel in good location. Room is very sizable. Front desk very professional and efficient. Slight poor insulation from noises.

Everything was pretty average. Not the best or worst experience. The room was decent.

I did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby.

Hotel was great, reasonable central location to big sightseeing areas. Fitness centre was ok. But the biggest downfall here for this hotel was the thin walls. We could hear voices/TVs at all hours (particularly mornings as lots of people were heading out early for tours). Could be just a joint room problem? Otherwise a very nice stay.
