We were surprised for the evening reception with light dinner as well as three drinks. That was very nice! Breakfast was very good as well. Location is superb since it sits on NAU.

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the casino suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

The smell from the purina plant can be strong during different times of the day and the hotel is 8 minutes from all the bars and restaurants downtown . It’s a new and clean facility and probably one of the nicer hotels compared to the others

The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.

For some reason, I was told breakfast is up to 9am only, it is earlier closing compare with all other hotels at the same level. Other than that, it was all good.

We stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast. I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area.

Hotel in good location. Room is very sizable. Front desk very professional and efficient. Slight poor insulation from noises.

Everything was pretty average. Not the best or worst experience. The room was decent.

This hotel had great service but the beds were dirty. They gave us a new room though! The pool was great. There was an awful energy in the hotel though. Felt *******. We left a day early due to the bad vibes. If you’re sensitive to that sort of thing I don’t suggest traveling to Flagstaff
