The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the casino suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

The smell from the purina plant can be strong during different times of the day and the hotel is 8 minutes from all the bars and restaurants downtown . It’s a new and clean facility and probably one of the nicer hotels compared to the others

Hotel in good location. Room is very sizable. Front desk very professional and efficient. Slight poor insulation from noises.

I did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby.

This hotel had great service but the beds were dirty. They gave us a new room though! The pool was great. There was an awful energy in the hotel though. Felt *******. We left a day early due to the bad vibes. If you’re sensitive to that sort of thing I don’t suggest traveling to Flagstaff

Hotel was great, reasonable central location to big sightseeing areas. Fitness centre was ok. But the biggest downfall here for this hotel was the thin walls. We could hear voices/TVs at all hours (particularly mornings as lots of people were heading out early for tours). Could be just a joint room problem? Otherwise a very nice stay.

Pros: Great location. Decent price. Cons: Not the cleanest. Breakfast may be included, but not very good. All in all, would return there to sleep for a night, but definitely not for a longer stay.

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.

While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the beds in the room were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were way too hard and felt like a spring was trying to poke through. There were small flying bugs constantly in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep.

Clean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
