酒店在雪場很方便 停車收費 酒店裡的餐廳有幾個都挺不錯 2樓連接雪具租賃 還有小商店 房間挺大的 就是晚上有點冷

Had a great stay. Staff was very acommodating and made sure I had a quiet room as per my request. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

They advertised shuttle service but it doesn’t go to the train station. Next morning, they didn’t tell me to show up 5 minutes before my departure time so although I arrived on time they left early and without me.

We enjoyed our quick stay - I appreciate the friendly staff & the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby areas.

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

Hotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

Việc đi bộ quanh hai bên eo biển Đài Loan để xem văn hóa đánh cá địa phương sẽ bất tiện hơn một chút khi đi bộ lên dốc khoảng 20 phút từ trung tâm thành phố, nhưng nó rất thuận tiện. rất gần ga xe lửa và khách sạn có dịch vụ đón khách miễn phí. Dịch vụ này thực sự tốt, một trong những lý do khiến tôi đặt phòng khách sạn này.
